This was my first time purchasing flooring. I had been looking at a few different places but it can be overwhelming. Tom was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and I couldn't beat the price. I love my new flooring, I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend.

Definitely satisfied with the service. My sister used Second City for her attic apartment and recommended them so I used them to install my whole first floor. I liked that they told me everything possible in advance before they sent an installer out to give me a quote. When the installer did come out he told me all the options I had for installation and gave me the pros and cons for each. I was only aware of a couple of the points he made so having someone explain everything to me made things easier. The job was done in 2 days and everything went smooth!
