Great.

As expected.

I called this company to perform a furnace check and was told that someone would arrive between 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m. No one called OR arrived by 10 a.m. I contacted the company and was told that due to an unforeseen emergency, they "hoped" to have someone here by 12:30. Since my day was full of other appointments, I canceled the appointment with S&S Heating. I just wished they would have contacted me earlier to tell me of the delay, so I could have re-arranged my schedule.

This company has been very consistent for me. They always show up when they say they will, work efficiently and look out for my interests. Their prices are very reasonable.

I HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO DO ROUTINE SERVICE ON MY FURNACE AND A/C. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE A VERY DOWN TO EARTH CREW. THEY ONLY FIX WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. ALSO, THEY KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE INSTALLER DID NOT TEST FOR GAS LEAKS BEFORE HE LEFT. AFTER SMELLING GAS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, I CALLED THE GAS COMPANY. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE HEATER WAS SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER WITH A LOOSE NUT AT THE IMPERIAL FITTING ON THE PILOT TUBING. WITH A COUPLE OF TURNS OF HIS WRENCH, THE TECH CURED THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, HE SAID THAT IF WE HAD NOT CAUGHT IT IN TIME, IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A FIRE BECAUSE THE GAS WAS TRAPPED IN AN ENCLOSED AREA AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HEATER.
