The south side location of Rose Pest Control that was handled by the Indiana Team, initially started smooth and approaching 2 years of service for me. During COVID period there was a change in staff and management. From there, Poor follow up - No Calls, and poor service where only partial work was done(No Signature confirming work was done), but the the Indiana (Franklin) Rose Pest Control Team expected full payment(to which I stopped the auto deduction the payments) for the subpar, partial work that they did not complete. Despite my several attempts in contacting them to complete the unfinished job). After my frustration with them died down, I attempted to resolve the matter and made several calls(unanswered). I then received a bill for what was claimed as service rendered but the service was not complete. I never received a followed up despite my attempts to reach out to address the matter. The Indiana staff didn't care to assist or nor bother understand my issue. You "had" a Long Term Customer but poor management blew the opportunity

Offer said some openings would be covered and up to so many bait stations. Inspection was done inside the home and a few bait stations put out. The outside of the home was never looked at or addressed. Very unsatisfied.

It's important to know that those special offers have very specific parameters. Our rodent services are not designed for squirrel control. Squirrels are literally a completely different animal that requires special wildlife licensing to address. Additionally, if you have structural openings larger than the size of a nickel, that could require the expertise of a home repair specialist. The voucher you purchased states the size of the minor openings we seal as part of the rodent service. Someone will be reaching out tomorrow to see if there's anything else we can do to help. Otherwise, we can at the very least recommend some personal contacts of ours for wildlife solutions as well as contractors I'm sure.
