By providing the Chicago-land area with Earth friendly rooftop gardens and sustainable urban landscapes we will continue to keep Chicago green. It is our goal to combine professional landscape design with sustainable principles and materials to help reduce our carbon footprint. We strive to build unique and responsible gardens for your enjoyment while also providing a space that gives back to the environment, our city and to your family. Rooftopia chooses organic, sustainable, efficient processes to design, install and sustain your garden. We also make it a priority to re-use and recycle as much material as possible, use eco-friendly holistic pest and weed control strategies (if necessary) and continue to be mindful of conservation and biodiversity principles. We are a two person design and installation team. We will hire experienced seasonal workers and trustworthy subcontractors as needed for large projects. We are licensed and insured. We promote sustainable products and services. We charge a design fee based on the scale of the project. Our initial consultations are free!

They performed a complete renovation of our garage rooftop deck. They did amazing work. The process took a while as it was during the pandemic, but the result was worth the wait. They were professional, courteous, responsive to any issues, and clearly strive to produce a top notch product. I would highly recommend them for any outdoor renovation.
