Adam came when he scheduled to come and the price was competitive with other bids. The quality of work was good and have no complaints with regards to quality so far as I can see. There were two issues which draw this review down. 1. There was a little misunderstanding between us and Adam with regards to the scope of work concerning tuckpointing which in the future should be better clarified in the contract. 2. After the work was approximately 75% the workers disappeared to take up another job and did not come back to work complete this work until a couple weeks later.
