Roger is an amazing realtor and I recommend him without hesitation. He was so good at helping me buy my first home, I used him again when I was purchasing rental properties. Roger is great about giving feedback on each property. Since I've purchased three properties with Roger, I have seen what feels like thousands of properties with him, but he carefully considers the strengths and weaknesses of each and candidly shares his opinion, even when it might be pointing out something that might not make me want to buy. He notices way more things than I do (building integrity, plots of land that might be sold and block views, etc.) which helped make each purchase successful. His creative and go-get-'em attitude, helped ensure I was able to purchase my home without creating a bidding war. He is a seasoned realtor who knows how to help structure a deal that helps secure the property in a competitive market, yet makes financial sense for me. He has enough patience to calm me down when I start to get frustrated with looking or the process. I plan on buying a third rental in the next couple of years and will, without question, reach out to Roger. If you're looking for a realtor who will help you find your dream home(s) in a no-pressure environment, but will do what it takes to go above and beyond, I suggest you call Roger as well.

There are so many good things to say about Roger, I don't know where to begin. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, proactive, and very professional. He is always thinking ahead, providing suggestions and strategies for avoiding possible snags. He uses his knowledge and experience to his clients' benefit. Roger is an excellent professional who takes his work seriously. He is experienced, highly knowledgable, and responds very quickly to messages or questions. In my experience working with Roger, he went above and beyond the broker/client relationship and provided all sorts of information regarding the peripherals of buying a home, such as, advice on traditional loans vs. FHA funding, moving, and rehabbing your home to match your personal preferences. First of all, Roger knows the real estate and rental markets forwards and backwards in the Chicago area.  He will run comps on both sales and rentals and give realistic advice about pricing and how to advertise and move your property a quickly as possible.  He is very active in finding potential buyers and renters-- we had viewings within days of signing the contract.  He is also very communicative about both sales and rentals.  For example, we had a rather large deposit requirement for renting our condo, but Roger explained the liabilities in Chicago of having a deposit, so we converted the deposit requirement into substantial, non-refundable fees we can use for cleaning and repairs if needed.  He ran thorough credit and background checks on prospective tenants but always gave us the last word on tenant approvals, worked to get extra keys and got the tenant moved in quickly.  Roger provided the excellent service we needed as we had to leave Chicago-- it was basically a turn-key operation where he took charge of everything while always informing us of what was going on.  His fee was one month's rent:  not bad considering the time involved in finding a tenant and the alternative if you get a bad tenant.  We are very happy with the service provided.

Roger sold 5 of my properties. He is an EXCELLENT agent. I was happy with the prices I received. He is hard working and assertive. He knows the business and knows how to deal with all people involved in a professional manner. Roger is excellent at communicating the information to me as well as constantly keeping me up to date on new information.
