We are a family owned and operated business. This business was started by three brothers (Robbie, Jack and Benjamin Faught) in 2004. We currently employ a total of 6 technicians and feel confident that we have the best team of any garage door company around. Our low prices and ultra quality workmanship, combined with our highly responsive / always available scheduling make us stand out from our competition. Called on Monday, estimate done on Monday, repair done on Tuesday. Had entire mechanism replaced as door was more than 25 y/o and has the dangerous old fashioned springs that could kill a person. Repair person had friendly attitude, knew what he was doing, finished in about an hour, and door works as though it were a new door, even though it's the same door with the same door opener. Door now opens and closes very smoothly and quietly.

Perfect. Alex was right on time, and called about 20 mins ahead so I knew he'd be there. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to identify the cause of the broken hinges. He re-lubricated everything, replaced the rollers and broken hinges, and the door works better than ever. I'd definitely recommend them again!

My old garage door jumped off its tracks. I was not around when the Robert's repair person arrived and he began his con on a renter who is not authorized to approve work for the building. When I arrived, about 15 min into the service call, I discovered that the Robert's tech had undone one of the tensioner cables and left the other attached to the door so that the door was wildly askew. This, he explained meant that we needed a completely new door and system for $2000. Once he was told to leave we removed the tension cable, unlocked the door and it easily slid to the ground. Completely dishonest on two counts. 1. he rigged the door to make it appear far more broken than it actually was. 2. he attempted to begin work per the direction of a person of someone not authorized to approve work. Absolute scam. Had work been done or any money taken this would be a formal BBB complaint in addition to the Angi review.

I had received a significantly lower estimate from a competitor but went with Robert's because Steve was so knowledgeable in helping me determine what I needed. The installation was similarly professionally accomplished in all respects.

Aaron came out, appraised the situation, and returned in two hours with replacement springs. In thirty minutes he'd fixed the door, lubed the chain and tracks, and even moved a section that was rubbing against the top of the door. When he was done our door was moving a ton more smoothly and quietly than it ever has in the three years we've lived here. Highly recommend.

Went great. They come out same day and gave an estimate that night. Work was performed the following afternoon with good courtesy. A very good experience working with Steve and Victor. They also suggested I call the office to setup a routine maintenance visit before winter starts (around Halloween), which I promptly did.

Robert’s Garage called within 24 hours. The gentleman asked me questions and then shared a video that might solve the problem. It did. When a real problem arises, it is only a manner of time, I will definitely call them back. I also shared their information with my 49 condo neighbors. I can’t remember the last time a repair person suggested trying a simple fix before being paid for a call. That is a company I feel I can trust.

A++++++++++++++++++++++ Robbie and Javier did great work. They promised me the garage door would be better than it ever had been and it was. They replaced two damaged horizontal struts, reinforced them, adjusted the door, strengthened the cables, and adjusted the motion detector. They did the work quickly, cleanly, and effectively. They were wonderful to work with--very friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. Because they had an emergency which delayed them, they gave me a discount. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HIGHLY ENOUGH!
