This is a terrific garage door company. Robbie answered the phone himself, came over within 20 minutes of my call, immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me prices for good/better/best springs for the repair. The guys left to pick up the springs that I chose, returned within the hour as promised and completed the job. They were very courteous and clean, even taking care to clean up my garage door when they were finished.

Robbie was the main contact, he was prompt and knowlegeable. He and other employee did an execellent repair of the broken spring on a garage door . He explained work needed and cost. He then went and purchased the needed supplies and the door was repaired just a few hours after I made my first call. This was all done on a sub zero Janurary day.

Well, I can't say enough about this company. Not only did the owner "Robbie" come out the next day to see the job he installed it the very next day! I called several Angie's List companies but by the time they got back to me the door was already installed, inspected and paid for. I was amazed that there are still companies out there that go beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding service such as ROBERT'S GARAGE PROS. I also appreciated the fact that Robbie actually answered his phone and didn't go to voice mail like most companies these days. He was on time, on budget and there were NO HIDDEN cost that were brought out during installation. After the job was completed within 4 hours, he showed me what he did and went thru some obstacles due to my carpenter at no additional cost to myself. Wow, who does that these days, especially in these hard times. I would also like to note that I was doing an addition to my garage and he walked me thru the process and made some suggestions that saved me money at the end. Lastly, after the work was completed and inspected/explained to me I forgot to mention one other action item. I realized this the next day and called Robbie and he said "No Problem" and was there within the hour and adjusted my request at no additional charge. I can't say enough but this; Hire Robbie and you won't be sorry you did, and I will hire him again in the future and years to come. I would also like to nominate Robert's Garage Pro's for the Super Service Award for 2008 he and his team well deserve it and is a great representation to Angie's List as a Service Provider for future prospects/referrals. Very quick in responding to my call and in coming out to get the job done. My only problem with the company is they did not honor the 20% discount quoted on Angie's List.

Robbie answered the phone a 9 PM, even offered to come repair the door that night. He showed up on time the next morning and repaired the door in about 1/2 hour. I am very happy with the quality and responsiveness he demonstrated. I also like the Angie's List discount.

They were very good, they were very responsive, they were very flexible with their times, they were very punctual and they were reasonably priced.

Perfect. Robbie was able to come over very quickly (same day), and was flexible when I needed to change the time of the appointment. He fixed the problem quickly (a half hour or less) and was very engaging and friendly. He pointed out that I'd need some additional work a few years down the line, but didn't try to upsell me there on the spot. Plus he gave me a two year warranty on the repair. He appreciated that I was an Angie's customer. I recommend him and his company without reservations.

My garage door opener broke and I needed it repaired or replaced quickly. I called several of the other Garage Door companies that received good ratings but never got a live person only voice mail. Robert's Garage Doors was very responsive. I got a live person immediately and was able to get someone out quickly to replace my door. Both Robbie and Aaron were helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend.

Rob answered my call (late on a Saturday afternoon), and gave me a time within an hour of when I had called when he could be there. He and his co-worker were right on time, gave me a free estimate (which was all the more reasonable with the Angie's List membership), and did the work on the spot. The whole job took about 20-30 minutes and was done efficiently and in a professional manner. Rob was friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what happened, why it happened, and how to avoid it from happening in the future. He offered a warranty for his work. All around, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used this company and recommended them to a few friends of mine. They came out the same day that I called them and they got the repairs done quickly. They were very conscientious and clean. I think I might have got a good deal since I have used them before.

My garage door was stuck open and my regular repair man could not be out for another day. I went to the phone book and called the first company that offered emergency service. They sent a man out in about an hour, and he repaired my door. I am so happy with the serviced I received. They were out as soon as they could be and made a quick repair. I will call Robert's first for any future needs.
