Chris and his team were professional and very pleasant to work with. Pricing was fair and they were upfront about cost at every step in the process. During the estimate, Chris brought all of the materials necessary to help us identify the existing paint colors since we wanted to replicate colors the previous owners had chosen. The crew Chris sent were terrific, fast and the quality of the patching and painting was very high. Other companies had estimated that the work might take as long 10 days. Chris estimated 4 days for his crew of 4 painters, and they completed in 3 days. Martin was our foreman and he and the crew were wonderful to work with. When we discovered that paint had inadvertently gotten on one of our leather chairs, Chris responded immediately. He came by right away himself to remove the paint, and our chair is good as new. We would highly recommend Red Line for a painting project of any size. We intend to hire them again when we're looking to repaint our second floor.

As is almost always the case with painters who are dependent on weather for exterior work, our start date was pushed back.  While the painters were respectful and didn't waste time, we found the quality of their work to be good but not excellent.  Painting a vintage home is tricky and requires knowledge and technique.  We have since found painters that have done a better job.

Redline painted my two story metal staircase on the back of my house.  They did a very good job prepping the stairs and the finish coat turned out great.  I was very happy with the service that they provided from the estimate price to the painter to the final product.  This was a lot of work and I was more than happy to have Redline take care of it so easily.

On time, On schedule, On Budget.   Work looks very well, and they provided extra paint to help when we get tagged.  Other unit owners in our building have used them and I will as well.  Extremely professional from start to finish.    They probably aren't the most cheapest, but not the most expensive either.

Our townhouse development includes steel railings around each yard, on second-story balconies, and on the perimeter of each townhouse's rooftop decks. Needless to say, it's a massive, tiresome, but necessary job. We knew going in that the project wasn't going to be cheap, which is why we wanted it done properly (so we wouldn't end up having to do it all over again in two years). We sought bids from several companies and, from the start, Red Line Painting proved both the most professional and thorough. Red Line provided our association with the most comprehensive of all the quotes we requested and, although not the lowest bid, Red Line wasn't the highest either. Now that the job has been completed, I can say that the service they provided was worth every penny.
As I said, the level of specificity in Red Line's quote was impressive, but more remarkable was the fact that they followed through on each detail. The weather, of course, required that Red Line adjust its work schedule, but not a moment of clear weather was wasted. Red Line neither rushed the project, nor did its workers dawdle. Red Line employees were professional and respectful of property owners and their property. They didn't play loud music, or shout while working. They cleaned up after themselves every day. And, even though there were several second-floor balcony railings to paint, they accessed all of them by ladders, avoiding any need to enter homes.
Of course, I'm just one homeowner in the HOA, and this review is strictly my perspective, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Outstanding value for the service performed.  The balconies look great and we didn't break the bank.  Would definitely use these guys again in 4-5 years when the balconies start looking weathered.

From start to finish it was extremely professional. The work completed was beautiful and I couldn't of been happier. I've recommended Red Line to my neighbors and all have been extremely happy with the work and cost!

The job went very well. They were also the cheapest bidder of the three companies we got estimates from. The only disappointment was how far out we had to schedule the work (it took a little over two months from signed estimate to the work date), but once the job started, everything went well. There were no problems over the four days it took to sand down everything, sand blast, and use special equipment to get out all the rust (it was pretty bad). But when they were done, everything was pristine, shiny and looked brand-new. We also had a coat of paint applied to some wooden stairs and decking in the front, and they did it quickly and matched the color perfectly. It was a very good experience for rehabbing all our iron work.

Jeff and his crew did a great job.  They were punctual and had enough people to get the job done even a little earlier than expected.  Their work was very neat and thorough.  Their prices are very fair for the area.  They were even flexible when I added a little more work at the last minute. I definitely recommend them.

Jeff and his son are great to work with!  Although it is a bit difficult to connect with him (Jeff) during regular work hours (he's usually working, obviously), he was able to give me a proposal in short order and perform the work a week later.  Timing was important to me and I was fortunate to be able to get the painting done with only a week's notice.  Jeff & son was able to paint my condo in about a day and a half (walls & ceiling).  He was a pleasure to be around and the quality is top-notch.  I would certainly recommend them and would work with them again in the future.

Jeff tried to tell us that he could do some of the cabinets painting on the side and tried to email on a separate conversation.  Felt it was a little dodgy.
Did not pursue the rest of the deal.
Plus prior our meeting it was very hard to get in touch with. Would not use.!

We moved into our new home in October 2012 and wanted to have at least 2 floors of our 3-floor home (upstairs, main floor, basement) painted before Christmas. Redline had completed a small job for us previously (patching water stained drywall) and we  were satisfied with their work. I obtained 3 estimates from different companies and Redline had the best price. We decided to go with them based on previous experience, price, and ability to complete the job in our timeframe.
Jeff and his crew were professional from beginning to end. Jeff came by the house to complete the estimate. He was accessible via phone or email and responded back within the same day if not within the hour, depending on the reason for my call. They started the project on time and arrived on time (if not early) every day. Their crew consisted of 1-3 painters daily. I was slightly concerned that they would not finish in time due to this, but were able to complete the job on the date promised. Jeff and the lead crewman discussed my room priorities so they knew what order to complete the entire project. Jeff and I discussed color scheme during the estimate, and when he received my color choices, he contacted me to confirm that those were correct because it was somewhat different than what we originally discussed. That was very thoughtful of him. While Jeff wasn't there daily, he did contact me throughout the week to check in on how things were going.
During the project, the crew was punctual every day. They covered the floors and fixtures, moved and covered furniture, and patched up all holes in the walls before beginning to paint each room. And the end of each day, they told me what was completed, what was left to do in each room, and what the plan was for the following day. They tidied up each room daily, but it was a very dusty project, so we had to do a little more cleaning each day after they left. My only comment about this is that I wish they brought an industrial vacuum or supplies to assist with the clean up instead of using my broom and dustpan.
The paint job itself looks great. I have no complaints about the end result. They asked us to look at each room and make sure everything was the way we wanted it to look. I found a few spots where it needed a touch up and they fixed them before the last day of the project.
I would definitely use them again for any future paint projects as well as refer them to others.

They were very informative in their proposal and the three year warranty with the great price, it made our decision easy.  We can reach out to them for touch ups as well, we noticed some things didn't get fully covered immediately after the job was over and they came right back out.  Highly recommend them.

They were wonderful. Jeff especially is truly an artist and did excellent detail work.  When I mentioned areas that did not come out well the first time, they immediately repaired them until they were perfect.
My only complaint was that phone calls were not always returned promptly.

Overall, it was a great experience.   Chris from Red Line painting came over to review the job, and gave great advice about the work.   The workers showed up on time each day, and did great work.   Our owners are very happy with the results.   We are already planning our next paint job, and will definitely use Red Line next time.

Over all the quality of the work was excellent.  I work in the construction trade so I understand about contractor workload balance.  I was a little lenient with Jeff/Redline on schedule so the time it took to complete the job was longer than it should of.  Clean up could have been better but they were very attentive to my requests.  I would have given them A's across the board but the responsiveness could have been a little better but not a deal breaker.  I would use them again.

Red Line was excellent from start to finish.  We contacted them about scraping and painting the railings of our front steps, and re-staining the stairs.  Chris came by right after our contact to take a look, and promptly provided an estimate for all of that, including the columns at the porch and the small roof area and soffit above the porch.  Although we had not thought about it, the estimate offered to put several new coats of varnish on the front door, which was getting weathered. We were pleased with the estimate.  After we accepted and before the work was scheduled, Jeff stopped by just to meet with us to go over what they intended to do (and showed us how the original builder had not primed the stair rails, which is why they were prematurely peeling).  I thought that the additional meeting was above and beyond . The work was done in an excellent manner, and very professional. The work was done over several days, with at least two people working each day, arriving early each time.  They were very friendly and courteous.  They even left us the leftover paint and stain!  We are very happy with the job, and we intend to call Red Line when we get around to some interior painting!

Redline got us a estimate fairly soon after making a site visit. There estimate was the most detailed of the 3 we received.
It took them about 3 weeks to start the work. Once they started, they had large crews working full time even though
we were delayed by rain for 2 days. It took a 10 days to get them to do touchup but it was performed to everyone's
satisfaction. I would use them again.
