One of the big selling points was the offer of a 5 year warranty to fix any problems that might arise in the areas where they worked on the roof. He also stated that they would perform an annual inspection, though it was not included on the final warranty that we signed. During the walk around, he pointed out shingles that needed to be repaired, replaced or better fastened. To the best of our knowledge, no shingles were replaced and no nails/fasteners were used at all. They used sealant around all flashing and particularly around the chimney where the leaks were occurring. The repairs lasted literally until the first hard rain and both areas that we had asked be fixed started to leak again. We called him back out and had extreme difficulty getting ahold of him. Took a couple of months. He eventually came out and did some patch jobs. The repairs lasted a few months and then started leaking again. Called him out, again with extreme difficulty getting ahold of him. This time he came out, said a nail had popped and then started pointing out what he thought were the real causes of the leak which was in the siding along the edges of the roof. He stated that this was not something that he could fix since it wasn't a roof job. The 2nd patch job made it through the winter and now its leaking again. All-in-all, I had a very poor experience with Pulaski. There were no annual inspections, they are extremely hard to get ahold of, the repair job was shaky at best and they did not thoroughly assess the actual cause of the roof leak before starting. I highly do not recommend Pulaski for any roof repair jobs.
