I took my property off the market about six months ago. Since then, I've been getting constant cold calls from this agency asking me if I want to list with them. I've told them I'm not interested, I've told them to stop calling. I'm on the federal do-not-call list, so the calls they're making are technically illegal. I would strongly hesitate to do any business with a company that operates in this way.

Charles Schmuda was a referral from a fellow Real Estate Agent - and I was delighted by his service. I think it's important to note that - even though the referral ended up costing Charlie money out of his commission - he never once gave less than 110%. Real Estate transactions can get challenging - and mine was a doozy...but through it all, Charlie helped keep the transaction moving along and shouldering the emotional outbursts (mine) that happened from time to time. All in all, in a tough market - we closed the transaction in almost record time - and met all my expectations. He's a keeper - and I will heartily endorse him to friends and family.

Our experience was fine. We didn't end up selling out place, but I don't think that was entirely their fault. They were pretty responsive. We would possibly use them again.

Lynn is one of the best realtors around, period. I met Lynn three years ago, when I was the treasurer for our condominium. She made such a good impression on me, that I saved her card, and I held onto it for three years (I usually don’t do that!) What impressed me most is her prompt follow-through on all the many real estate details. You just don't have to worry about it. Lynn will take care of it. Recently Lynn was our realtor for selling our condo, as well as buying our house. Selling a condo in Rogers Park now is a little like squeezing blood from a rock, and following all of Lynn's advice, we sold in 10 days. There was another unit in our building for sale at the same time, and it had been languishing for more than a year. As our condo treasurer, I've seen many realtors do very little in our building. I think if it's not a lot of money, they don't have much incentive. Lynn will work hard for anyone - this is the way she is. I HIGHLY recommend her whether buying or selling.

Lynn Briskin was wonderful. I would highly, highly recommend her. She is probably one of the most involved and helpful real estate agents that I have ever worked with. At every turn she went above and beyond to help us. We outlined the area that we wanted to move to and within 24 hours she already had pulled up a list of condos for us and condos was one of the criteria that we had told her. We didn’t pay her anything directly but we bought our home from her.
