The A/C in our office had a lot of issues. The system is on roof so we had a leak in the office and it wasn?t cooling anymore. We called another company (who I won?t name) who sent out a representative that suggested we needed a new system. We then called Ricardo for a 2nd opinion, he was able to help us right away. Replaced a couple of parts on the unit and we have been running fine all year. Did not try to oversell and got us up and running right away.
