PRIVATE BANK MORTGAGE CO

we were trying to get a home equity line of credit.we were having a problem with the deed we asked to have a bussines card from the loan officer to give to our real esate attroney she said no.we recieved a letter turning down the loan with time until jan 11 to appeal. went into bank and asked what we needed to move process forward local bank did not know called downton they did no either attroney called said the bank was being uncoperative could I call downtown officer and light a fire under them to get what he needed. I did , called left several messages on vioce mail to get in touch with my attroney. the local loan officer called said she should not have give the number to downtown officer . also said to stop calling and asking them do anything. this was jan 10 loan denied due to uncorpartivenss of bank.
