They cleaned the windows very well, but were very disorganized about scheduling. The said they would be there a certain day at a certain time, and were 30 min. late. When I called the office, they said that the previous job wouldn't be done for another hour. I was upset because I had to call the office to find this out, they never called me to tell me this. When I rescheduled, the cleaner showed up an hour before the time that I scheduled. There just seemed to be no communication between the office staff and the field workers.

He didn't have all tools to clean my skylights, so that wasn't compleated. Also I paid for extra scrubbing and he never did that. Frames weren't wiped and I also paid for that extra.

"We cleaned this customer gutters two weeks ago. We removed the guards and put them back on when we finished the work. This customer did not explain to us that she wanted them completely removed as well as the issue with the downspout. The customer was not home when we performed the work. We have an appointment with them to come back out 9/25/2010, I am sure they will revise the review next week."

Service with the sales rep was very fast and easy. I was able to communicate via email in order to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. The gutter cleaning service was done within one hour and I was able to get the roof assessed as well.

I feel I was lied to- have not returned my email in regards. Asked if I had any concerns about the gutters-explained the 2 areas. Explained they would check them and advise. Was told if any repairs- crew would advise. Quoted me 100.00. I heard a couple of nails being but in- that was it. Crew stated the bill was 160.00 because of repairs. Invoice was preprinted with a charge of $30 per area of concerns so they already determined they were charging prior to arrival. Paid-email to office -stated he would talk to crew and get back to me and never heard from them.

"We are sorry that this customer feels this way. Our crew cleaned the gutters and downspouts very thoroughly. We repitched and fixed a leak in the two areas that the customer was concerned about. We explained to the customer prior to coming out that we charge $20-30 per minor repair. She stated that she need two areas repaired. We fixed the two areas. The gutters are working properly and we did a great job on this particular home. I hope we can earn this customers business again and that they will reconsider this poor review. We will try to contact her to discuss."

They gave me a three hour time-frame and came five minutes before the time-frame was over. The first thing the window cleaner did was use the bathroom. It was marginal from there to the end. He was a nice young man, but barely qualified for the job. I would not recommend or use them again.

"We gave the customer an arrival time slot of 10-1. We showed up to do the work before 1pm. This was an 18 windows outside only job. Some of the windows were french style windows with the grids in them. We only charged this customer $74.00 to do the work. We gave this customer a great deal on the work, and this particular technician has been with us for years. We wish this customer would have communicated her dissapointment with us before writing such poor review. I hope we can earn her business again."
