 + -1 moreDisclaimer: Lance, the owner of Presto Painting, is actually an acquaintance of mine. I was really happy to hire someone I know socially, and Lance approached the job with the professionalism I would hope any vendor would show a client. He was quick, and the bathrooms look great. Now I just need to save up money to hire him to tackle other rooms in my condo!
Description of Work: Lance painted two bathrooms-- ceilings, walls, and trim.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job; they showed up on time everyday, left the house in very clean shape and finished the work on time. The painting was beautiful and a very high quality job. Nice crew; very helpful and friendly. I will always call them when we need this type of work completed.
Description of Work: Lance and team removed wallpaper in our living room/dining room/entry way and kitchen and then painted all rooms. They did such a great job that we had them come back and remove wallpaper & paint a bedroom and our finished basement.

 + -1 moreI have used Lance several times, over the past 5 years for painting different parts of our home. He has consistently been amazing. Completely professional from estimate to completion. His crew has always been top notch, exhibiting the utmost respect for my family and home. Lance has always been on time, started and completed the job in a timely manner, exactly as we have discussed. The quality of his painting is excellent, his pricing has always been fair, the job sites have always been kept very clean. It is refreshing to have an honest, reliable, hard working contractor to work with. Absolutely, no monkey business!! Anyway, I can't speak highly enough of this individual and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Lance and his crew painted 1 upstairs bedroom (ceiling, walls and baseboards), an interior fireplace wall with built in shelving, our utility/storage room and our laundry room. In the utility room he had to do some significant drywall patching, painting baseboards and a cement floor. Drywall patching and painting in the laundry room.
