After beginning to unpack in the kitchen, discovered that the drawers and cabinets were not cleaning and the cabinet doors and drawers were not cleaned of all the greasy fingers on the front, inside or edges along with trash and materials left in drawers. Food smudges left on inside cabinets. Washing machine detergent dispenser drawer was completely uncleaned. A deep cleaning this was not at all. Charging for a deep cleaning move in rate was a real rip-off especially with 3 people cleaning for over 3 hours with no floors to vacuum or mop. I would never ever use this company again. This was very frustrating and definitely not worth the up-charge rate.

They spit shined both bathrooms. They cleaned the molding close to the floor. The refrigerator looked brand new inside and out. They cleaned inside the cabinets and cleaned the cabinet doors. The floors were washed thoroughly. I have a cat so there was some hair in the apartment - but there was no evidence of any animal when they finished. She (Mary Lou) told me they would be through between 10 and 10:30 and they were.
If I had to come up with one criticism, I would not be able to. I wish that I liked to clean but since I don't, it was nice to find a company where they seem to really get into their work - they did a stellar job. If anyone ever needs a cleaning service, I heartily recommend this one. As I said, I would use them again.
They were also professional in behavior - they brought those paper and quot;bootiesand quot; so as to not soil the carpet which I just had cleaned.
Precious Maids rocks the house!
