Great experience. On time. Explained the problem. Cleaned up.

Power called to let me know when the plumber was on his way during the promised time frame. Work was completed quickly with good explanation and cleanup. Although the plumber (Gus) expressed concern that we might not be able to repair the leak because of corrosion in the disposal, he started by trying to repair the leak and after testing it to be sure that the repair was successful, quoted me cost of replacing the disposal if that became necessary but did not try to pressure me into buying a new disposal.

The plumber was on time, polite, knowledgable and appears to have done good work. I will use Power Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. My only (minor) concern is that the dispatcher had told me that their trucks carry PVC pipe and supplies on them. They did not, in fact, have PVC on the truck and the plumber had to run to the hardware store, which increased the cost of the job. This was good work at a good price.

Both the dispatcher and plumber were polite and very helpful--he came the same day I called. Very good but quite expensive.

The two people who came out were wonderful! They worked very hard to find a place to rod out from as I don't have an outside line---they also recommended that one be put in. They got up on the roof and looked in several places. They thought there might be a hole in the laundry room and were given permission to break the drywall. It was there that they found a hole from which to rod out. They tried very hard to keep things as clean as possible...much appreciated by me as the basement is finished and this was a disgusting problem. They also bleached the bathroom and laundry room. The price was high, because it was after hours and so I was paying time and a half. But, can you really put a price on someone stopping sewage from getting into your home?

I've used them multiple times since finding them through Angie's List, and they're always very responsive. Price reflects $350 for the part, and they spent a couple hours of labor at around 100-120/ hr.

They came out and assessed the job, provided a quote, and were able to complete the job in a timely fashion. Our sidewalk was stained when they removed the faulty ejector pump. When I called to see what their policy was re: cleaning up after a job, they returned my call the next day and sent a plumber out who power washed our sidewalk.

Very pleased overall. Was notified by phone prior to arrival of contractor. Operator was pleasant and helpful on the phone. Plumber arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work quickly and then thoroughly cleaned the area of plaster residue. All in all, very satisfied with the work done.

This was the 3rd company I had called and I really should've called them first. The plumber was very courteous, professional and thorough in checking everything and also explaining the issues to me. He gave me viable and cost effective options for fixing our problem, which I appreciated. I was charged the minimum amount for a service call which I thought was reasonable compared to what others had quoted/charged me.

When I called, the rep listened to my problem, my description of the problem, & my suggestion on parts & equipment that it might take to complete the job. This helped a lot & eliminated him having to go back to get parts. The plumber was great! He took care of my problem (leaking toilet seal) & took the time to make sure it was not leaking any more. I know that this company rated a B for price, but I found their price was very good & the Angie's List discount was also a bonus.

Appointment was for 10:00, office called at 7:30 a.m. It's a good thing I am a morning person. James was professional, kind, considerate and efficient. He kept me abreast of what was happening at all times. The overall job tuned out to be more expensive than I thought, but I am very satisfied.

I called to schedule someone to come out due to low water pressure throughout my home. They told me that they would not give me a free estimate and that someone would only come out on a time and materials basis. To make matters worse, they told me that their normal business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you schedule them after 3:30 or on weekends, you pay the "overtime" rate. Who gets home by 3:30 p.m.? I was very disappointed. I don't consider low water pressure throughout my home as a small job and I'm not going to pay someone just to give me an estimate. I called another company.

Power was very good at responding to my calls. Bob the plumber was on time and courteous and professional. He gladly answered any questions I had. Joe the estimator came up with great recommendations as to my situation. His idea's saved on my overall costs as compared to other estimates I received. I am very satisfied and will call on them again.

excellent. told us they could not guarantee the work because the pipes needed to be redone but for now the drain is open.

James came on time and was very nice. We needed certain parts and he had them available, which was very helpful. He also provided us with advice on how to easily replace our bathroom fixtures. He charged the agreed upon price plus a little more for the parts we needed.

I have used this company several times (major and minor), and would recommend them to anyone, as they are very knowledgeable and professional. They are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Power Plumbing was unable to provide the catch basin cleaning we needed. However, they very kindly referred me to another company. I called this company and they were very accommodating. They came out to our home that same week and did the work we needed. Very satisfied with them and Power Plumbing was extremely helpful with this referral.

Called, and accepted that the work performed would be charged as overtime. Plumber was dispatched, and at my house in under 20 minutes. Cut out bolts, and replaced Flushmaster, which was also broken. Took time to clean area, and instruct me in basic toilet plumbing.

Workmanship was excellent. Scott took such pride in his work. 10% discount on labor. Great job. I'm happy!!
