I thought they were very good. We had to have a separate inspection with the city and they arranged that for us. They're a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I thought they were good.

When I called them at first, Ray, the woman who took my call, informed me they could come out the end of the week. When I explained my plight of having no hot water, she said she would try to work something sooner. Called back in about 1 1/2 hours to tell me they could be out the day after. The two men were pleasant and professional. I called on a Monday afternoon. They came out Wednesday at 7:30 AM when I told them my water heater was not working. I would recommend them. They did a good job.

Stems of handles for dripping faucet somewhat unusual. Plumber did not have to replace stems now, but said he would find them in case he would have to replace in the future.

Excellent, very professional, with all necessary tools and supplies.

They were the only ones to respond on a Saturday afternoon. He came within an hour, when he said he would. He warned me of possible double time charges after 3 pm. He was pleasant, but not patronizing. He showed me what he was doing, and how to take it apart. He couldn't have been better.

Excellent. Rae and her team were great at helping us find the right replacement water heater. Mike and Levon were great to work with, explained everything. Arrived right on time. They were personable, professional and efficient with their time. They even explained and fixed some things that were done incorrectly by another company a few months prior. The final cost was right in the sweet spot of the cost estimate.

Wonderful. From first phone call to actual service everything was perfect. Phone contact was pleasant & informative. Service was prompt, professional, and the service-person (James) was pleasant, courteous, neat about the work area, and completely professional.

We had an ongoing leak that was coming from the wall, no obvious source of water. I called and left a message with the service Sunday night. I got a call early Monday am to discuss our needs, and was able to get a service call on Tuesday am. The two techs came out, quickly suspected the source, and we were able to access the condo (its a condo building, the leak was on the first hallway floor) and discover there was a broken water line from the refrigerators ice maker. They turned the water line off. The owners of that condo will have to make further repairs. I will suggest they call Power Plumbing. In fact, there are other water leakage issues in the building that I will call them on soon.

Fabulous! What a great company. They were able to come within two days of my phone call. They called to let me know they were able to arrive earlier than my given window of time for the service call. My plumber was great. He completed the job (changing the copper piping coming from the house to a smaller size)and also took the time to check the entire BBQ for leaks. He showed me how to use it and maintain it throughout the year. I will use this company again and again.

James was efficient and personable. We would ask for him again in a minute.

James was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed everything we expected. Additionally, he was very helpful in identifying the source of an additional problem and gave me some good advice about what should be done to correct it.

The company said that a representative would call us at 7:00 to let us know they were on the way. Gus called promptly at 7:00, and even said he could arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time. Gus was professional and courteous. He patiently listed to my explanation of what the issue was and then looked at it himself. He made a recommendation and explained why he was making that recommendation. He installed the new pipe and relatively quickly. Before leaving, he also showed us a few tips to try for dealing with similar issues in the future.

I am the owner of the property and was not there for the repair, which went very smoothly and both my tenants and I were quite pleased with the service, quick turnaround, and the additional 10% off for using Angie's list as a reference.

They were accommodating in coming after hours, charged time and a half, but at least they did come eventually. The plumber did not have the part in his truck to repair the faucet (either a cartridge or washer) so the only choice I had was to have the faucet replaced. He said it would take three hours but it took 6 hours costing me a thousand dollars. I did receive the Angie's List discount but they would not give me any more of a discount even though I had to replace the faucet because they did not have the part I needed (it was a faucet that was only 1 1/2 years old). Then the kitchen faucet water pressure dropped considerably after the work was done and they wanted to charge me to fix something that they broke? I can't believe that based on the price I paid, I would receive this type of service.

We were pleased with the the work they did. The only hiccup was that the plumber assigned to our job got held up at another job. We had to call them to find out where he was. Initially, they wanted to reschedule but we explained that we both worked. They then sent out another plumber who performed the job.

They did everything they needed to do and were very cordial and efficient during the process.

The company is awesome. Not only do they have Saturday hours, but when I called on a Thursday, they scheduled me for the very next Saturday, two days after I called. She said someone would come between 7:00 AM-12:00 PM, which seemed like a long wait, but the guy showed up at 9 AM and was done with the work by 9:30. I was very pleased with their promptness and reliability.

They were excellent. They were everything the site had said and more.

They were wonderful. They were prompt, friendly, and the repair is holding up; it was done correctly.

They claim to have 24 hour emergency service. The dispatcher told me he had spoken to a plumber and they would "get to me that day." Waited 4 hours, no call back, so I called the dispatcher again, and he told me once again they would get to me. I never heard anything back that day or subsequently. Found somebody else to do the work, but unfortunately I wasted 4 hours waiting for Power Plumbing.

They were extremely prompt. I called at 8:30 and they arrived by 10:30. They were very professional, doing a great job of explaining everything. Their work was excellent. They fixed the toilet but also recommended a more thorough repair for which they ordered a part.

Great experience. Scott came to our home and was so nice and thorough. He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and tried four times to blow out or clog with an air compressor, to avoid a much costlier alternative (finally worked on the 4th try). Of course, I have the house where none of the plumbing is straight forward. As Scott explained it, they built it to last but not to ever have to come out or for maintenance. So this was not as easy a job as it might sound like. He also left us with a large supply of a "good bacteria" cleaner to use for maintenance of our drains.

They arrived when they said, called in a second opinion, cleaned up after themselves, and had the results they promised.

After explaining the situation to Rae, she juggled the repair schedules for the day and arranged for James to come out that afternoon to replace the relief valve on our hot water heater.
