We were very impressed how they conducted their selves. They were professional and they knew what they were doing. The price we paid was very well worth the money for the job that they did. They took the time to explain what they were going to be doing which was nice. We were very pleased with their overall service!

The team they sent out was very professional, prompt and gave us our options. They were very considerate of the time they were there since we were paying by the hour for labor. Very good customer service from the dispatch area, too.

They had to come back and replace the new tank they installed because it was defective. They were prompt and courteous. I really liked that they were on time and just wonderful. In a world where you can hardly trust any contractor, you can put your trust in Power Plumbing. They will not let you down.

I am going to say that they did an okay job. They were a little pricey. I was pretty much just paying for a service call. It was a pretty easy job, but they did it just fine. I like them because they give us feedback. My house is over 100 years old and they were good at pointing out future potential issues to me. They were very professional. The price just could have been a little lower.

My very first impression of the company was great. They were friendly on the phone and the plumber showed up to our house on schedule. The plumber was knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Unfortunately, after the first visit we were not totally satisfied with the work that was done. We contacted the company the next day to see if they could come back and fix the problems. We waited for a call back, but after a number of days of hearing nothing, we ended up sending a complaint letter along with the customer feedback survey. Rae called us immediately after reading our letter and was so apologetic and helpful and had said that the note regarding our situation had been buried under some other papers. We told her we understood that things happen and she subsequently offered us a number of things to remedy the situation. We ended up taking her up on the deals and had the plumber come back to our house and replace one toilet. Again, the plumber came exactly on time and did a great job.

Very nice and made a stressful situation pleasant.

Nicole was very nice and helpful on the phone when I called. I needed someone out ASAP (unannounced in-law visit) and she got back to me within a few minutes that someone could come out between 11am and 2pm (This was at 10am!) and explained how they charge. I then got another call, when they were on their way, which was helpful. Scott was very nice and got right to work, seemingly happy to answer any of my questions. He finished fairly quickly, was able to fix everything perfectly and even took the time to explain the intricacies of how different tub drain/stopper mechanisms work, with a drawing even (ours is sort of broken). He left everything totally clean, was friendly but professional, and just did a great job. The rate wasn't too bad (especially compared to my last experience with a different company). They took off a 10% Angie's List discount on the labor, and I appreciated that they didn't charge me anything extra for coming out on short notice. I'd highly recommend.

Food had started to seep into the bathtub of my third floor condo. After trying to fix the clog myself (not a good idea), I called one plumbing company recommended by Angie's List, but they were unable to fix the problem. Power Plumbing agreed to help, answered my questions and scheduled a plumber to come the following morning. Bernie arrived the following morning, within the scheduled time period and did not leave until the job was finished...three hours later. When he left, it was as if no one was there - the mess was cleaned up and the problem was resolved.

Like I said my husband ended up fixing the problem, but based on how professional and helpful they were over the phone we will call them in the future.

The process was very smooth. It can take a few days for them to return calls or schedule an appointment because they are so popular. The workers seemed competent and knowledgeable. I think they sold us a water heater that is much bigger than our house actually requires, which is a little aggravating because they really didn't need that extra few hundred dollars from us considering we paid them thousands.

They came out in about 3-4 days from the call on time. Bernie was very nice. 2 Hours later he started to work on the second bathroom. Apparently, my pipe had a hole in it. The second bathroom was apparently even more difficult. After 4 hours and $360 tab he had to come back later in the day when I was not home to complete the project(missing tools). I found the tub spout still leaking. I called them to return and remedy the situation. When Bernie returned he explained it was our equipment not his plumbing. He then sold me a new spout and $150 additional service fee. I was amazed at the first bill. At a loss for words on the second request for payment. This should have been a 2 hour job at the most. I will not have the power team back.

I had sent an email with pictures to request an estimate. I got a call back from Rae the next day and was able to get an approximate estimate of $800 - $900 as long as the basement floor didn't need to be dug up to replace the metal drain pipe. A solid estimate was not possible because it was unknown what kind of issues might come up. She quoted me a hourly rate and let me know that the cost of materials would also be added. Rae was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Bill came to do the work. He did an excellent job cleaning up the existing metal pipe coming out of the basement floor so he could get a good seal. Bill did an excellent job making sure everything was done the right way. He secured the laundry drain stack pipe to the wall and the utility sink to the wall. Bill cleaned up everything when he was done and answered all of my questions.

They were very attentive and easy to get along with. They did the job on a timely manner and they were very reasonably priced. They also were very professional and did not leave a mess.

They were very good. My only problem with them is that if I have an emergency, they are not always available. They are boiler experts and they are better for extensive work.

I like the fact that they were very informative and very helpful. They came out immediately and they were able to find out what the problem was pretty quickly. I also thought that they saved me a lot of money because the price was not too high at all.

They are really good about tending to emergencies if you need them. They have excellent workers and they know what they are doing. They did not take a lot of time to get the work done and I can definitely rely on their service.

Power Plumbing (Gus) came out and told me the parts that needed to be replaced. Because it's a foreign made toilet, the parts had to be ordered. He told me it would take a week to get the parts and schedule a time to install them. On this past Monday, I checked back with Rae and she told me the parts had come in and we scheduled a time for the install/repair. Rae called me on the day of the appointment to confirm Jason was on his way here. Jason arrived and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Everyone has been super courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely do business with Power again.

They were very professional. They were on time and their quote was accurate.

They did a good job. Everything is the way it should be. I had actually mentioned that I would like them to do a few other things around the house. As time went on, it seemed that maybe the things I had wanted done were too complicated. When they brought back the estimate, they were not in line with what I had expected. Other than that, they did good work.

I've worked with Scott before and he is terrific. He was at our home on time and was very efficient, as well as pleasant. To the extent possible it was a great experience.

It was kind of an emergency and they suggested it would be cheaper if I bought the part myself. They pretty well diagnosed the situation on the phone. They told me to call when I had the part in hand. I did so, and they called back 10 minutes later to tell me they were on their way. The plumber was real helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

The worker showed up on time and was very courteous. He offered an overview of items that should be done and explained why. He told me the timing and cost of each and what he would do if he were me. He came to fix a leak and I think prevented many more serious issues by doing some maintenance. I am glad to have a plumber to call.

I was very happy that they (Lynn) called me back quickly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful...had a good technical knowledge of the problem. Two people showed up the next day on time. They worked well and were very congenial. They got the job done effectively. I have/had one concern regarding the job...or I should say the labor/cost issue. If I recall the labor costs were $100/hour per person. I unfortunately did not directly formally record the time they started...they had a small break during the job (went to the truck to get some stuff...cigarette??). When they gave me the bill and the hours worked each (2.75), it seemed to me at the time that they overcharged by about 30 minutes...meaning $100. Since I did not make note of the time they started, I couldn't challenge the time. I also was so very happy that they "solved" my problem, that I did not want to confront them...so I just paid the amount. Recommend recording time start & finish.

Being a new homeowner I wasn't experienced with plumbing problems. They helped me determine that the sewer line needed to be rodded out. They were then able to come out in a timely manner and do the work. Even with all the recent heavy rain we haven't run into any problems.

Very well. Noticed the problem on Saturday late afternoon/evening. Checked Angie's List and noticed Power, who we had used before to install a hot water heater. Called Sunday afternoon and the lady squeezed us into Power's schedule for Monday. The came out at the time they said they'd be there and fixed the problem. The problem was a toilet, which they re-seated. It took them about 2.5 hrs total. They were prompt, clean and relatively inexpensive given the level of service.
