Description of Work: Inspected leak in the wall, Eric did a very through inspection of all pipes and appliances. After a through search it was determined that the leak was not caused by a leaking pipe but from the outside wall, possibly from tuck pointing.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME ON A SATURDAY AND WERE VERY CLEAR ABOUT CHARGES: FOR SATURDAYS THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE PLUS A $25 OFF-HOURS FEE. SO I WAS SLIGHTLY SURPRISED THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM, WHEN I GOT CHARGED FOR TRAVEL TIME. THAT HAD NOT BEEN MENTIONED TO ME BEFORE. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, PROMPT AND DID GREAT WORK. NO MESS WAS LEFT BEHIND.
Description of Work: USED THEM TWICE. FIRST TIME TO INSTALL TOILET. SECOND TIME TO REPLACE VALVES AND FAUCET ON BASEMENT UTILITY SINK. LEVELED OUT THE TANK ON TOILET.
