At Power, we only do things the right way - which means our product quality, warranty service and installation processes are second to none. When making a decision about the renovation of your home, it's important to us (and important to our customers) to understand how we are different from other contractors and specifically what we do to separate ourselves from the competition. If we don't have the opportunity to explain these differences to the homeowner, our customers will be comparing numbers with zero context. "We’re sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. We never want a customer walking away feeling the way you do, although we understand why you may be frustrated given the circumstances. The remodeling consultant you originally met with made a measurement error when sizing up the scope of your project – this error resulted in the inaccurate quote you originally received and our need to adjust the price once discovered. We regret this error and will be addressing it with the consultant so that this mistake is not made again in the future. Due to our relationship with Wells Fargo, we’re able to offer our customers a financing option with a discounted rate for their home improvement projects. When a customer chooses to finance their project with Wells Fargo through us, they also receive a credit card that is associated with the requested line of credit. The use of this card is completely optional and entirely up to our customers – you could throw out this card immediately and it would have no impact on the financing of your home improvement project. Unfortunately, there was an obvious miscommunication regarding these details when originally discussing our financing option and again when you called in to speak with our Customer Care department. We apologize for this miscommunication, as this is well below the standard of service that we hold ourselves to.
