The install for all three projects went flawless. The roofing replacement took all day in very very cold weather and they went about it as if was 75. Very pleased with everything.

Whoever considers this firm to do work on their home has not done their homework. The prices this company quotes are not only outrageous they were 2 and 3 times more expensive then the 6 other quotes we received to replace our roof. Power's quote was $46,500. Everyone of the companies that quoted were highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. In my opinion, because of Power's incredible overpricing they should have an overall rating of F, by Angie's List

My husband and I were approached in Sams Club by this company. We trust Sams Club to have reputable companies in their stores so we agreed to have them come out to give us a free estimate. We were very pleased with them from the start!! Chris that came to give us our estimate, was very knowledgeable and informative. It was probably a little more expensive then we were expecting to pay but you definitely get what you pay for. They got our roof done in one day and had a project manager that kept us well informed of how it was progressing. When it was finished he walked me around and explained everything that they did. It looked beautiful! We were so pleased with the quality and service that we decided to have our gutters, soffits and fascia replaced by them!! Great company and incredible employees that make you feel at ease making such an important purchase for your home.

The entire experience was excellent. They were communicating with us throughout the entire process from first contact to completion. They came on time and performed their work in a very professional manner. The soffits/fascia work was done on Tuesday and took most of the day. The gutters were made and installed in a couple of hours on Wednesday. The windows went in on Thursday and took the entire day. They were at the house from 8 am to 6 pm start to finish replacing all 16 windows and we monitored them the entire time. During the work, the Project Manager Rocco came to check the progress of the work and consult with us to make sure we were satisfied with the process. Near the end of the work, the Quality Assurance Manager Mike came by to see if everything was done well and make sure we were satisfied. If anything, we felt like there was too much contact with the representatives, but it was good to have in any event.

Our sliding glass door had started leaking and we knew there was some wood rot on our dining room windows. We found out about Power and they looked like a great company with a great product. The sales person came out and spent several hours assessing everything. There was some question whether they could do the job since we're on the third story of a condo building but after several conversations, it was determined they could figure out a way to make it work. We were really excited about the design and quality of the windows and the overall vibe of the company and decided to move ahead with the priorities, thinking we'd eventually replace all the windows. They sent out a project manager to assess the situation and his initial response was that they couldn't do it. After talking with someone on the phone and looking at it a bit more, he said they'd figure it out and move ahead. The install date was scheduled and windows and doors made. I prepped the rooms and they showed up only to decide they really couldn't do the job. WHAT?! The implication is that maybe someone with less quality product/safety standards would do it or I'd have to spend a ton on a commercial contractor (also with less quality windows because they don't let anyone else install their product) but they wouldn't because they don't have the right equipment to do it safely. I truly appreciate their emphasis on safety. I really wouldn't want anyone to get hurt working on our house. I also want to replace my windows and sliding glass door that is leaking! This is a huge loss to both us and Power because of the time their people have spent with us (about 5.5 hours total) and the fact that they built our door and windows. My opinion is that if you're too big a company to think outside the box and figure out a way to do it and do it safely, then you should have clear enough rules about what you can and can't work on that your sales people ask the right questions in the initial chat to say no right away or AT LEAST when someone sees the place they right off know they can't do it. That way no one wastes anyone's time. The PM said absolutely no on the door but that he'd make calls and see what he could figure out for the windows and would call either way. In the meantime, he cancelled the job. I was really excited and am now beyond disappointed.

The salesman who came out were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining what really sold us was the high-quality product and the lifetime transferable warranty. One of the power guys came by our door one day and offered an obligation free estimate on our windows. Since our windows were 40 years old and falling apart we agreed. Our salesman John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of our windows and presentation of power windows. The heat lamp presentation really impressed us. John seemed very knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to listen. At the end of the presentation we had decided that Power was only company we wanted to work with and agreed to the project. We didn't have to put any money down when we agreed to the project, which made us feel comfortable working with a company that knocked on our door. A few days later, Joe the pre install inspector came by to quickly double check the measurements of the windows as they build them custom for your home. On the day of the install, our crew showed up on time and was actually able to complete the whole project (8 windows and 1 sliding Glass Door) in 1 day. On the day of the install they even sent out Eddie, the quality assurance manager to make sure that the work was being completed as planned and he helped us activate our warranty. They did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. We are really happy with our new windows and the overall project. Now our house looks newer and we're excited to be more energy efficient.

Set up an appointment for going over scope to get a quote. I specifically had to leave work earlier to make it to the appointment on time. I got a call 45 minutes after the appointment time that it needed to be cancelled. If they cant get to a place for quotation punctually, I don't expect them to do the job on time and of quality. Sorry, will never consider them again.

We do not feel that the Power salesman was honest with us. Instead of telling us that THEY DO NOT work with insurance claims (for hail damage), he told us there was not enough damage to file a claim. When Liberty Mutual sent an adjustor to our home days later, we were given a completely different perspective... and a check to cover the repairs! The reality is that Power does provide a decent product, but their prices are double (or more) when you compare them to just about ANY other possible company! If you are comfortable with the idea of paying more than necessary... go with Power. They have a great product, decent customer service, and they do quick work. If you prefer to get a fair price... shop around! We ended up using PG Exteriors for our siding- and we are glad we did! Their customer service was phenomenal; the price was fair; and the end result is amazing!

This is a very efficient and highly professional team. Their efforts clearly complement one another. There is overlap in customer service areas. A few days after the order there was an inspection and an installation date was set. There were no changes. All the work was completed when promised. Workers were efficient, polite and very clean. Installations were very good. I'm hardly an expert in this area, but I know what I like and I like this group's product and work ethic.

I just wanted an estimate and they couldn't do that.  Apparently they overbooked me and could bot reschedule.  Instead they sent me junk mail stating they checked my credit score for a loan I didn't request.  Find another company.
