The Power technicians arrived right on time and ready to go. I had just removed my last window blind/hardware when the door bell rang. They prepared the area beneath the windows with drop cloths and immediately began to replace my 12 windows. They were meticulous in every detail; from the install/placement of the window, to the perfect caulk inside, to the capping outside and the check that all were functioning to specifications. They cleaned up and I just had to replace the blinds that I had removed. By the way, there was minimal adjustment required to put the blinds in almost their identical spot! My township inspector was amazed at the finish work and attention to detail that Power technicians exhibited!

A Power salesman came to our door and mentioned that they had done work in our neighborhood and asked to schedule a meeting. Upon meeting, we were shown a quality product and the potential energy savings were presented. Power had an amazing selection of custom options to meet our needs. The sales man were friendly and respectful. Best of all, it was explained to us that the windows have a lifetime warranty on components and labor which is transferable if we ever decide to sell our house. The installation schedule was on time and the work was professional. It was definitely a smart move to go with Power Home Remodeling! We’ve added beautiful windows to our living room, dining room, and kitchen while adding to the value our home! We are so happy with our purchase and will consider Power for future remodeling projects!

Door to door sales guy comes over offering to give a free quote. I tell him I’m not real serious right now but would be interested in what they would charge. They schedule a guy to come by that night. He shows up and I tell him the same. I would like to see a quick estimate and I didn’t want to waste too much of his time. He says he’s in a hurry too so no problem. He goes through his sales pitch for 30 minutes and goes out to measure. An hour later he comes back in and goes through sales pitch number 2. When he gets out 2 cups of water and wants to start pouring powder in to show something or other I tell him “Come on man can we skip this? I told you I was just looking for a quick estimate” The guy gets pissy and says “I’m just going to leave then” Complete waste of my time and turned into an awkward situation as I wait for this guy to pack up and leave. If you want a company that is going to play straight with you and not give you the hard sell go somewhere else.

Initially we were concerned that the cost seemed high, but the materials and workmanship provided by Power Home Remodeling were superior. We had agreed to a two-day installation; they actually finished the job in one day, and to our satisfaction. When we noticed a piece of siding slightly out of place the following week and called them, Power came out within a couple days and adjusted it at no charge

Originally planned for the end of December, Power called us to say the job could be even sooner—this was great for us! A scheduler knocked on our door one evening, and I agreed to an estimate with a salesman. I have a friend who used to work for the company, so I knew that they were legitimate and had quality products. We needed new windows, but weren't expecting to purchase at this time. After the sales pitch and seeing the windows first hand, we decided that it was a good investment, and the price was better than we had expected. Everyone we met/spoke with was very professional and polite. Windows came in and were installed 2 weeks early! They took care of everything including the city permit (which is always a hassle), and sent out a quality assurance manager after the job was finished. Windows are beautiful and saving us a TON of money in utilities. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling and will definitely use them again if needed. A+

The jobs were done according to the timeline. The dumpster was delivered and picked up on schedule. The entire crew was polite, professional and attentive to detail. All clean up was done as discussed. I would high recommend PHRG to anyone looking to have siding or gutter installation performed on their home. Our home is beautiful!

The sales rep (Nick) that came to our house was nice, however, he fed us a bunch of lies. He tried telling us that most roofing companies don't finance, which is a lie. He also told us that most companies don't warranty their work, which is also a FLAT OUT LIE. While Power does have some top end materials, Nick knew that we didn't know a lot about roofing which made him think he could over-charge us even though they offered a "first-time" and veteran discount. Lastly, he lied again trying to tell me that they have a 50 year warranty on the job and labor. Upon reading the paperwork, it turned out to be only 15 years. The pitch was about 3 1/2 hours long including the inspection, which was ENTIRELY too long. During this pitch, he tried telling us we can't cancel the contract due to "buyer's remorse", which, according to the paperwork we received, WE CAN. Please don't be fooled by this company and their lies!

Replacement of my large front picture window was done first with a window installment crew. The workmen were professional, conscientious and very neat and addressed any concerns. A couple hours later a different crew came for the gutters and downspouts. One of the gentleman walked around the property with addressing concerns I had and assured me that everything would be fine. The gutters and downspouts look beautiful. I like the fact that they put in 6 inch gutters and 4 x 3“ downspouts. They should handle the flow quite nicely. It has been a pleasure to work with every single member of this company that I have met so far. I like the fact that in the beginning they require no money down. Payment is due upon completion and satisfaction of project . They offer An incredible warranty on their products for 50 years with no proration and the warranties are transferable to new owners if you sell. I highly recommend this company as well as the products that they provide. I’m looking into having roof replacement next.

It was a nightmare. As others have noted, the estimate took hours. The salesman kept telling us that he knew buying a roof isn't fun. He presented his product well, though the presentation was WAY too long. The nightmare started when we told him that we would need to talk with financial advisors regarding how to pay for the roof. He continued to sell us on the virtues of this product, repeatedly told us that our roof needed to be replaced. We must have told him four times that we needed to talk to our financial advisors regarding where we would take the money from. He offered financing at an outrageous interest rate. We told him again and again that we could not, would not make a decision that day. We told him to stop selling us; he wouldn't. We told him we were getting annoyed; he kept selling us. Finally, I simply stopped talking and told my husband to stop. He noticed (wonder of wonders) and said, "What? What?" I said, "I have nothing left to say." He wouldn't get the hint. In the end, after he kept telling us that our roof would get worse, and I told him we weren't going to make a decision, he told me, "You don't care about your house." I told him I was angry and that I needed him to leave. Even then, it took him another 10 minutes to leave. I have dealt with numerous contractors, gotten numerous estimates. I have never been so angry and insulted by one before.

Very well. House presented some issues as it was very old, with multiple layers of siding and some rotten wood beneath. Entire house was stripped down, reclad in plywood, then sided. Looks beautiful. Crew was amazing: competent, professional, pleasant. Hope the fee we paid is going mostly to them!

The company followed up with us a few of times; there was a preinspection appointment where everything was re-measured, and triple checked. All the windows were installed in one day. A crew of two showed up around 9 am and left around 2 pm. Most of the time went into taking out old windows (aluminum, built into the walls). The crew was professional, clean, and quick. A project manager stopped by in the middle of the job to make sure everything was going well, and to explain to us how to operate and clean the new windows. We are very happy with the project and are planning to finish all the other windows in the house this year.

5 stars. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling In September we had 11 of our windows replaced in our home by Power Home Remodeling company. They are one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with—professional and dedicated to excellence and customer service. From the initial sales contact to the final inspection, the personnel were great to work with. Power was flexible with our schedule, kept in touch with us when we had to postpone installation, and answered all of our questions (we had a long list!) about the product and how it would be installed and maintained. When it came to the actual installation, not only did they do an excellent job replacing the windows, but their quality control person made sure every window worked perfectly, even buying a heat gun to straighten out a slightly bowed vinyl sill. No detail was overlooked. They showed us how to work the windows and care for them. When the work was completed the installation crew cleaned up all of their tools and excess materials and left our house and the surrounding area completely clean and clear. They also demounted our old window awnings and carted them away for free. The windows are warranted for the life of the house—a warrantee that passes to the next owner. The windows themselves are high quality, beautifully made, and look fantastic. Though it has only been a few weeks from the installation, we have already experienced the thermal installation of these Argon filled double-paned windows. They have kept our house cooler for longer on hot days without having to run or cycle our AC. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Power Home Remodeling doesn't advertise, relying on word of mouth for their business. We highly recommend them.
