By far this was one of the best experiences I’ve never had with a contractor. Everything came together very smoothly I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the windows and the full exclamation up every single detail that was to be done to my home. I also have a delicate situation in my home with my elderly mom, that Power was going to accommodate me in above and beyond ways. They really kept their promise on the way through this job has been a blessing to our home and we would strongly consider using them again in the future .

In all honesty in the beginning this was a little bit of a rocky road because I had turned down several opportunities to meet with Power based on their phone call persistency however it came to a point when I was willing to listen by having a call at my door by a young lady and it allowed me to give Power a second chance. So I went ahead and listened to the sales presentation and what it look like is that Power had a very high-quality window and I trusted that their service was going to be professional. So far the project looks really good in the crew is displaying high level of workmanship and professionalism which I appreciate. They are also working in a very tidy manner and everybody has been friendly so far. I’m anticipating this job to finish in one day and would highly recommend Power and consider using them again in the future .

They were able to show comparisons from cheaper vinyl to the premium grade that they use and we felt really good about the warranty and the fact they use their own crews , not subs, and the time taken to explain the quality. First off I just want to say how professional and pleasant this entire experience went . Everything from start to finish ran in a very smooth and easy way. I had met Power by someone knocking at my door and eventually met with the sales person who thoroughly demonstrated the high-quality windows which really ultimately motivated by decision to say yes to the project. There was many demonstrations but the one that stood out the most with the heat lamp which showed how energy efficient these new windows would be. From there there was a measurement confirmation. Then on to the wonderful installation partners. To a follow up with quality assurance to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Power and would consider using them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the results of my new windows from power home remodeling. My old windows were very drafty and were never installed the right way without any insulation. I met Power home remodeling by somebody coming by to knock on my door. Once they were able to show me the quality of the product and displayed superior features that I liked that really made a difference in my decision to hire them. I would say that not only what is the product exceeding my expectations, but really the overall installation experience was great, smooth, and easy. I really like the screen mesh features along with all of the high energy efficiency features as well. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again.

They showed up on time and covered everything around the work area. They worked steadily in the freezing cold, which minimized the amount of time between the existing windows being removed and the new windows being installed. They walked me through how to use the windows. The caulking looks beautiful. The result was windows that look so good, I want to have them replace the remaining windows.

I met Power home remodeling at a festival here in Gurnee. I approached them at the booth and met a very pleasant young man Rocky. He help me get set up with an estimate for Dan the salesman who came out and delivered a very thorough professional polite and informative presentation. I was impressed by the quality of the product the high energy efficiency which is demonstrated from the heat lamp, also the strength of the glass when he pounded the nail into a block of wood using the glass wow, and also the welded construction frame. The crew showed up on time it was a one-man band and he installs seven windows in my home in what must of been record time. There was much follow up and follow through which made me feel comfortable and very happy to recommend power to others and would also considered using them again for future projects.

The job was handled very professionally, the workers showed up on time and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the roof and althiouygh it was a more costly proposition I wouldn’t have wanted this project to run any different than it did. Great clean up communication and follow up were done.

Very professional job from start to finish. We had a full redeck along with the full roofing system that Power provides. The quality of the workmanship is a lot more than a typical roof we were very happy to hear that we were going to have our chimney flashed in an appropriate way that diverted the water around it, along with a full ventilation system and following all of the proper codes for the job. There was many follow ups and follow through is that made us feel comfortable customer service is at an A+ and very friendly. We’re happy to recommend!

Power is A-MAZING!! They were beyond professional and responsive. We did not have to worry about the work they did or if they were going to disrespect us in anyway, shape, or form. They moved quickly and efficiently. If there is ever a problem, we call and it gets taken care of instantly. Their warranty is above and beyond so I can relax every time the neighbor’s kids are playing baseball outside because I know either the window can take the hit or if it does break, the window will be replaced with no additional cost to me. NONE!!!

We have been very pleased: from the initial contact *(a cold knock on the door), the sales person who came out for a very thorough sales/product presentation, the Project Manager who checked in at the beginning and end of each day and was available whenever needed, the work crews were very professional and considerate, cleaned up after themselves (no stray nails in driveway, etc) and the Quality assurance manager who has closed the contract out and informed us of Power's availability should we find our selves in need of warranty assistance. We sided our house in the foam backed vinyl siding with a wood grain imprint; The house is immediately warmer and quieter, and visually stunning.

We were very disappointed with the sales person. He gave us a very high quote, then told us we could reduce that amount by thousands of dollars, but only if we signed up that evening. He said that the deal was only good that evening, and that we could not have any more time to consider the offer. I don't like high-pressure sales tactics. Also, the presentation was needlessly slow; it's almost as if they hope you will agree only to get rid of the sales person.

I am very happy that I decided to hire power home remodeling for my windows and will consider using them for future work. I met power at Sam’s Club and normally I would dodge the sales person there but I’m very happy to have talked to the person and set up an appointment. The presentation was a little lengthy however it gave us great information about the quality in the experience and we are extremely satisfied with the results! It’s not a cheap price but you will get a level a service beyond expectations! So happy to look at my new awesome efficient wonderful windows!

I purchased 13 windows (for my entire house except the basement), and I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. I especially like the professionalism of the company, from the salesperson to the laborers to the project manager to the quality control manager. I highly recommend this company to homeowners who are thinking about a home improvement project.

I met power home remodeling at a Sam’s Club location and schedule an estimate with a sales person quickly after. I originally signed up to have windows gutters and attic insulation installed but at their Preinstallinspection it was uncovered that we can only do the windows due to some roofing issues that need to be addressed. I have been very satisfied with the communication the professionalism the cleanliness and really enjoyed all of the explanations of what was going to take place. There was one minor scheduling hick up as I was expecting the project to begin at 8 AM because the night before the confirmation phone call said that they would be here at eight am but the very next morning I was alerted that the crew would arrive around 10am . Overall I would give power home remodeling a very high-grade as far as experience and would consider using them again in the future.

This company (Power) did a great job of handling the entire process from beginning to end. The quality of work that was done looks beautiful. The team got the job done quickly and they were well organized. The company came after the work was completed to check to make sure was done to standard, and show us the way to use the windows to the fullest extent. We will do future projects with this company. We also feel like the price was fair for the quality and the work that was done will end up being an advantage when we sell the house in the future. I provided pictures, but keep in mind some of the areas we have not painted yet

Insanely pushy sales tactics. frequent followups and calls bordering on harassment and stalking. I do not want you to come over again every Saturday for a new quote I don't want it and I dont have the time

I called this company to ask for a quote to see the cost to replace the windows in our home. They told me that my husband had to be present when a quote was given. I told them this wasn't an option. They repeatedly pushed the issue and I told them that I would not be doing business with them. I am a capable woman and it annoys me that they don't want to deal with me and just want to deal with my husband.

Installers arrived on appointed day and time. Worked continuous until job completed, before leaving the job an inspector reviewed the work to verify the work was done to specification and my satisfaction.

Punctual for all appointments and done in 2 1/2 days think I may of had their best crew on my house. Cleaned everything up and put in dumpster. Their crew asked questions to meet my satisfaction not theirs. You pay a little more but it is an excellent product. We had one other estimate $3000 lower but siding was a thick as a paper plate and they were going to go right over our cedar plank siding. Power removed it all for a better fit.

Horrible! First off, this guy (can't remember his name) knocked on our door unexpectedly. Told us that it looks like we may need a new roof and asked us how old our roof was. Told him the roof is 22 years old. He seemed nice and professional, went up on our roof, went inside our attic, took pictures and than sat inside and showed us all the pictures that he took. Told us that we need some insulation and went on for hours telling us that Power is one of the biggest and highest rated Roofing companies in the U.S. Told us what they would do with a new roof for us...how they would clean up...so many details that I couldn't absorb it all. I Kept watching the time. Took up our entire evening. After hours of listening to this guy, he gave us a quote on a new Roof System, some insulation, and something to do with the gutters (which we don't need replaced). Very Long Sales Pitch...felt like he knew what he was talking about, and than finally we get a quote. We have a ranch...no additions, just a rectangle shaped ranch and the quote was $51, 510 dollars!!! Too floored to say a word! Said Good By, have a good night, closed the door, looked at my husband and said "we are not doing this are we"? He said No Way! It gets worse... We never accepted their quote...we never called. Power called us a couple of times in the last few days (a little over a month later) and the guy said that he would like to talk about a reduction in price. Yesterday I was sitting down at Busse Car Wash and I noticed Power called me a couple of hours earlier. I called back, my phone was on speaker phone. I got a hold of another rep as the guy who called me wasn't around, and I told the rep that I am responding back and that I would like to hear about the reduction in price. Guy tells me he can't tell me this info over the phone. I offer to give him my email. Tells me he can't email me either. They don't do that. They need to come to the house to discuss the price reduction. He asks me when I will be home, when my husband will be home, what day does my husband have off each week, what time does he get home from work, what do we do...where do we go on the day he isn't working? The guy that came to our door asked us the same questions. Stupid me was getting all frustrated on the phone and I am actually answering his questions...and they have it all recorded! I finally tell the Rep that I need to go and I hang up. Girl that works behind the counter at Busse Car wash heard the entire conversation. She was upset and she told me that she can't believe what she just heard...told me that this guy was completely out of line by asking me all of these personal questions. She told me that I should call the Police on them because I gave them way too much information. Her parents walked in the door to see her...she tells them what she just heard...her Mom and Dad told me to call the Police. No one else asks these kinds of questions. They were all upset. I mean really, all they had to ask me...all that they should have asked me was 'when is it a good time to make an appointment'...Period! I didn't call the Police, but I did call Power and I told them that we won't be going with them because of the inappropriate questions that the guy was asking me. This company is costly and its creepy! No Thanks!

Everything they said and did was amazing! We had 6 windows installed. They came in, got right to work, they covered our items, cleaned up after themselves. The workers were very friendly and efficient! Would recommend them to anybody we know.

Prompt, very good workmanship, well-made product, and install went very well. I specified no smoking on premises, no fragrance (I have allergies) and they made sure that was the case. we are very please with the new windows. Price was reasonable. The only thing that could be improved is at the sales presentation, if you don't commit to buy their service at the end of the presentation - which is a long but thorough and informative session - they will tell you if you don't buy then, the price will be higher later on. We are seniors and don't care for that approach. But we liked the product and did contract with them. I did advise them later, though, that doing that is not advisable because seniors and many others don't like sales tactics that try to get them to buy right then or else pay more.
