From start to finish our experience has been nothing less than stellar. Mr. Javier Chavez the Remodeling Consultant was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything in great detail, and answered any questions we had. Yes, I was very nervous spending this much money, but after listening to the damage that could happen in the near future if we didn't, was adding to the convincing that this was the better choice. I always say you get what you paid for. Yes, we could of gotten much cheaper. However, no one offered a Life-Time Warranty, that will also carry over to the new home owner if we choose to sell. That is what made it easier for us to say yes. They were hear on-time, and the crew was great and professional. As new home-owners it was very nerve racking, to things like this. Thank you Mr. Chavez for assuring us, that we made the right decision. I can definitely say we will be using this company in the future for our roof and siding, and will be recommending them as well.

So far everything has gone very smoothly with the project that I had done on my home. The crew showed up on time, they were efficient, and also very neat and safe. Being a inspector I would say that this is a high-quality project and I was impressed by the quality of work and product that Power offered. The windows are very efficient, they operate very smooth, and are very durable plus, I like the lifetime warranty. If there is more work to be done in the future, I would be happy to reuse the company.

Had a similar experience that another reviewer spoke of with the sales person. Beyond needlessly slow. The inspection was very thorough. But when it came time to talk price and scope of the project the guy just got too weird. “What do you mean how much it will cost. How can I do that”. I could not get beyond it and asked him to leave. I don’t like to go with a company I feel they are working too hard to over sell me

Arrived within two hour window. Friendly crew explained everything they were going to do. Efficient and thorough. Inside cleanup was great but the outside could have been better. Found glass shards and some weather strip left behind. But we are very happy with the windows.

It went very well. Everyone was professional from the salesperson to the install crew to the quality insurance manager. At every step of the way, those from Power Home Remodeling made sure I understood the process and that I was satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend them for a new roof and I would definitely use them for other home remodeling projects.

Power was very courteous and understanding of our situation. They worked around our schedule, even when there was an unexpected delay due to a massive April snowstorm. The end result looks great, and their warranty gave us a ton of confidence in the project.

Power has been a fantastic company to work with and their products are amazing. I bought my first home knowing I had to do several updates. I had a less than stellar person do the siding and gutters. I had Power redo original windows and after discussing all that is wrong with the siding and gutters, got a great offer from them to redo. While I hate redoing something only a couple of years old, my peace of mind knowing that Power will do it correctly and with great products is priceless. Their energy efficiency products are top of the line. Their communication and work is great too. On time, super clean, full review of everything before they leave. Wonderful. The crew arrived on time, took down existing siding AND original siding, put up new siding and gutters. Their attention to detail was amazing, and the site was spotless after they finished. Two thumbs up.

Overall I am completely satisfied with the results of the work everybody has come to the home has been professional courteous and has explained everything very well they took their time to really go over the quality and why they use what they do. To begin with the sales/estimate team came on time, was very polite and very thorough. When we agreed to do the project they set up an appointment for another team to come out and remeasure everything and make sure the detail of the project were correct before placing the order for materials. A time was scheduled to start the project and they actually called and said the materials and team were ready to come 2 days early! During the deconstruction/construction the worker were polite and professional. The project manager was checking on things as the project progressed, always communicating with us any problems that were found and to be corrected along the way. The follow-up/quality assurance has been very well done with attention to detail being a high priority. All through the process communication between the teams of workers, the office and us has been constant, consistent and polite.

Installation just finished today - all through the process, everyone who came in the door or that we had contact with from sales to install was prompt and professional. Windows look great and we are looking forward to a draft-free rest of the winter with beautiful functional windows to enjoy. Would definitely hire them again.
