Power Home Remodeling Group is an absolutely outstanding company!  From day 1 we have had nothing but positive interactions with all of this company's employees.  Our experience with Power Home Remodeling Group began with one of their marketers coming to the door and informing us of their company.  We scheduled an appointment with one of their salesmen who came to the house the very next day.   While the meeting was very long (6 hours) Dennis, the salesman, was very thorough and explained everything about the company and their products.  He was very up front, honest, and considerate (all qualities that are difficult to find in a salesman).  Once my husband and I decided that we were going to replace windows Dennis explained the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect.  From there everything happened the exact way it was explained - there were NO surprises! The man that came to take the window measurements told us exactly what we could expect on the day of installation.  He explained the whole process and what we needed to do to get the house ready (remove window treatments and move furniture). Today was the day of window installation and I am completely blown away by the job that was done by the 2 (that's right, 2!) installers.  Tom and Peter installed our windows and they were absolutely amazing!  They were extremely professional, respectful of our home, and definitely experts in their craft!  They arrived at the house at 9:00 this morning and walked out the door at 7:00 P.M. They explained to me the process of the installation and got to work immediately.  While I offered them beverages while they worked, they never once took a break.  They worked the ENTIRE day!  After installing each window they cleaned the area, both inside and out, and moved onto the next.  They showed me how to operate the windows and asked if I had any questions.  While they worked, 2 project managers came to the house to see how everything was going and to check if I had any questions.  They were very pleasant and friendly and made it clear that customer satisfaction was their ultimate goal.  At about 6:30 this evening the quality assurance manager came to the house and checked each and every window to make sure every window operated the way it was supposed to.  He sat with us and asked about our entire experience with Power Home Remodeling Group.  He activated the lifetime warranty right away and gave us the pertinent phone numbers we would need in the event that something happen.  All in all, my husband and I are more than 100% satisfied with every person we had the pleasure of dealing with and the final product!  Our house looks like it's brand new!  It's absolutely beautiful!  In the beginning the cost was a hard pill to swallow, however, now that the work is done, I am elated that we chose Power Home Remodeling Group to replace our windows.  We HIGHLY recommend this company!

Thank goodness my husband answered the door!  Power Home Remodeling was going door to door because they had a project in the area.  Excellence all around.  From sales team, to installers to quality control.  Every Power employee we dealt with on this project was professional, friendly and went above and beyond what anyone would expect.  Quality company, quality product, genuine people.  Great results, would definitely recommend to others!

Salesperson came to house and explained the entire process, with adequate samples, including fully functioning window displays. Quoted price was much lower than other high-end local vendors. Along with impressive financing options. No remorse over signing contract. Pre-inspection went well. Inspector suggested a few changes for aesthetics reason, which actually LOWERED the overall cost. It was a pleasant surprise to see a company recommend a change that lowered cost rather than trying to up-sell the product. On install day, three crew members came and completed the job. Installers were VERY friendly and took great care to wear foot coverings to avoid dragging mud and dirt. Caulked all windows and meticulously cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Already notice a difference - NO DRAFTS and totally shuts out sound coming from a nearby street. Followed up with a final inspection were they activated our warranty and addressed any other concerns. Already talking about doing vinyl siding replacement with PowerHR. Excellent company. Highly recommended!

I already had my Front room door, a new roof, insulation, new gutters in December.

So these 3 new doors were a no brainer.

I use a wheelchair so I didnt know till later the bottom door frames needed to be

heightened a bit so rolling in and out was easier.

They came out 3/1 and adjusted everything perfectly.

Nice to know I have a warranty for life with everything. They treat me like a Queen!

Everybody from the sales personnel to the project manager to the installers even the quality Assurance were extremely polite professional courteous and personal. We had not heard of power before but after meeting with Gabe the sales person he took his time and gave us all the information so that we were able to make a well-informed decision. We are extremely pleased with the result of our project and we are looking forward to having more work done in the very near future. Everything about this experience was positive and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend their services to anybody looking for high-quality home remodeling.

It was snowing out that day, guys still showed up very prompt and on time.  Received many calls confirming appt and time of men showing up to replace my window. They were done in a few short hours, cleaned up their mess and were not that noisy at all.  I would recommend them for any home remodeling project, very professional.  I also had them cap the windows on the outside, that was less than an hour and what  major look improvement to the outside of our home.

We were sceptical about the sales pitch because of reviews we read on Yelp. Salesman was very respectful, not pushy, and explained everything we needed to know. He certainly did not pressure us. We got 2 prices with financing options based on when we accepted their offer. Since we knew we wanted the job done, we accepted his initial offer and signed the contract.
Our next visit was for sizing, and, again, a very pleasant experience. He came out, measured our windows, set up an installation date, and answered any questions we had.
Installation was today. Workers were awesome! Respectful, clean, and did a great job. We are very pleased with the job done.
Only hitch came when they discovered that one window sent by the factory was the wrong size. The job manager came right out and apologized for the error. Being easygoing and understanding people, we allowed that mistakes happen and are set up for an install for the one window within the next few weeks.
Can't wait to see the difference in our utilities over the next year.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the overall quality of the product. This group is a little heavy on their sales pitch, but as soon as you let them know you are not interested they stop pushing. Power Home Remodeling Group made the whole process quick and painless. The job was finished in one day, workers showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up and provided a quality job. I would use this company again.

Last fella to come to my home was very arrogant would not listen to what I had to say I asked him to leave several times would not leave my home till I agreed with that there was nothing he could do to repair front Windows kept saying Windows were in specs even though they were hourglass shaped
