+ -1 moreIt was great. Linda was very helpful. When I put the order in, the chairs were on back order. But a couple of days later, I received an email saying they were actually going to be in earlier than anticipated. Delivery was easy. Once the items were in stock, someone from the warehouse called me and we set up delivery for that Saturday. The morning of, they called with a 2 hour window. They came in, moved the furniture around until I liked the positioning, and look all of the packing materials with them.
Description of Work: I worked with a designer to order 2 custom made chairs (selected fabrics, not stocked product) and a leather sofa. I met with the designer, Linda, on two occasions. The first time, she walked me through the process and provided me with a printed estimate. Also, if you spend a certain amount of money through their design studio, they will give you an extra 10% off. The second meeting, we put the order in.
