Pioneer Window Washing

Overall went well and saved me hours of work. I only had one issue. We have few roll out windows with built in blinds. The strings need to thread through the top of the screen in a particular way. The service person did not string them correctly when he put the screens back in. This was an easy fix for me. I will still use them again and just mention to the service person about this need.

Robert arrived on time. He provided an estimate before starting his work. I was surprised that he was by himself. He was fantastic--you would never know he was a one-man show. Previous window washers would leave behind streaks and avoid wiping the window seals. Robert was very friendly but more important conscientious and professional. I definitely recommend this company!

Overalll, I am pleased and will use them again. Though, I must say that was a little irritated at first, because I explained to the guy on the phone when I scheduled that I had to be somewhere at 11:00, so he said he would send the crew out here early, at 8:00. Then at the very end he said absolutely by 8:30. The crew arrived at 8:42, and I did not make it to my appointment. That said, the cleaners were professional and the quality is quite good. They did forget to clean the inside of one window, but I called back today and was told they will come back tomorrow to clean it. The price seems reasonable for the quality.

It worked out fine. The guy who came was courteous and went about his job. We had some difficult areas to get to and he was careful to get to them. He did our chandelier as well, which I appreciated. I thought he did a really thorough job and we would probably have him back again.
