Pest Control
I have used Personalized Pest Control several times for maintenance (Spring and Fall) of creepy crawlies (silverfish, centipedes, spiders) in my garden apartment in Lincoln Park. They use a water based solution that they say is safe for kids and pets after it dries in about 2 hours time. They showed up on time, were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. After their visit, the treatment appeared to be effective.
On another occasion, they came a sprayed multiple units within our 10 unit in my homeowner's association, and offered a discounted rate.
