Four men arrived promptly each day.  These courteous and extremely hard-working men got right down to business, removing the old concrete, preparing he groundwork for the concrete pour, measuring and  taking great care to get it right and took the time to ask and answer any questions.  They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away.  The next day they continued preparing the areas to have new concrete poured.  When the concrete supplier arrived, they really kicked into gear, the teamwork was remarkable.  Again, at the end of the day, they cleared up all debris and left the area clean.  They returned to complete the job, checked on all their work, removed all the wood forms, filled in all the open edges with dirt, watered the sidewalks down, explained how I needed to continue to maintain the concrete, cleaned-up all debris, and finished.  Absolutely beautiful results! aI highly recommend Perez Concrete Services, Inc.

Jose was very professional.  I received a very timely response to my initial inquiry regarding service.  Jose came out within a day or two to provide me with an estimate.  He was courteous, punctual and quick to respond.  We waited about 2 weeks before confirming with him that we wanted to move forward as we were doing our research/getting other quotes.  His bid was very reasonable (we shopped around quite a bit).  Once we confirmed we wanted to move forward with the work, Patricia responded quickly and lined the work up for the next week.  Jose had told me it would take 3-4 days and they finished on time.  The crew worked very hard - got there early and worked long days and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day.  The steps look great and we've had several compliments on them already.  I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone looking to get concrete work done. 

Within one day, Jose arrived to give us an estimate.  We asked for a split estimate so we could decide between doing part or all of the sidewalk.  It was emailed to us within a few hours and the job was scheduled to be started 6 days later for the entire sidewalk as the price was reasonable.  We had this company replace our front staircase last summer and were very satisfied with their work. The workers arrived exactly at 8 am as promised.  The job involved removing an old sidewalk and pouring a new higher sidewalk to match a garage apron.  Jose suggested gradually reducing the height so as to avoid a step or ramp near a door.  His crew removed several stubborn scrub plants that had grown up between the old sidewalk and our neighbor's fence.  To protect the new concrete, a temporary barrier fence was constructed.  The crew was very conscientious about cleaning up and returned in a couple of days to remove the framing.

Patricia was honest and polite about informing of no workers compensation coverage.

I appreciate that they came out quickly made an estimate and stuck with the estimate with only minor changes along the way. They did a good job and the stairs look great. It took a little longer than expected due to the rain and the holidays but everything seems good now.
I appreciate that they also acted as a general contractor to a degree in order to find and help arrange people they work with to fabricate the new railings for the stairs as well as a custom height door for a storage area.

Perez Concrete was great.  Jose came to do a free estimate and was very knowledgeable.  I received the estimate promptly after the visit, and from the time we decided to move ahead it was only a couple of weeks' wait.  Jose said they would start early if they were able and they did do that, which is great.  They demolished our old concrete floor in the garage and the apron to the alley, leaving the garage foundation alone.  They then poured new 6" of concrete and constructed a much better apron.  The work was quick and professional, and best of all, Jose was familiar with working in a city alleyway and all the challenges that can bring.  Patricia was always super quick to respond to email questions and the responsiveness was top notch. I highly recommend them.

The crew was timely and flexible with the locations and weather. They worked quickly but methodically. The job was spotless and they put everything back the way they found it. There were days where there was some rain and communication break down but they stuck to the quote and the job was impeccable!

The demolition team arrived a day early to do demolition which took a bit longer than expected because of the thickness of the concrete. PCS team did a good job of cleaning up after each day. The work was well done and professional. We're happy with the result and definitely would recommend Perez Concrete Service to our friends and neighbors.

The work was scheduled within a week post signing the contract and performed in days promptly. PCS's work crew is a courteous hardworking team. They cleaned up well after they've finished, even filling in the gap with soil between the new sidewalk and the existing lawn.

From the first call for an estimate and setting a mutually convenient date to the removal of the forms of the finished sidewalk was about 2 weeks. Mr. Perez came to complete the estimate, discussed enlarging the width, and was the only person of multiple estimaters to want to discuss adding a color to the concrete to avoid the stark white look in contrast to the house. He suggested I look at the website of Prairie Materials where he places his orders and we were able to choose a color that complimented our brick.
Once I accepted his bid the entire job was completed in two days: Day one the old concrete was pulled up and taken away and wooden forms installed. Day two the concrete arrived and sidewalk completed. His crew arrived early, completed the work each day and left leaving minimal evidence that a major job was completed. The sidewalk was pitched perfectly for drainage of rain away from the house. Mr. Perez came two days later to remove the forms and settle the extra cost of the color and cleaning of the cement truck required to remove any trace of the color (that was $430 included in the total price).
The sidewalk looks great and the color adds to the overall look and  design of the house.
I highly recommend Perez Concrete to anyone who is looking for a company to do  expert concrete work. They were quick to respond to requests for an estimate, listened to customer needs and provided quality work in a timely fashion.

I have never seen anyone work so hard at their job.  They were truly amazing.  The job took three days and at first I didn't understand why it would take so long.  But when you look at what they have to do, especially making sure they keep the integrity of the foundation of my garage, they did an awesome, fantastic job.  I watched every step of the way as I am very into home projects.  I just knew that concrete was way out of my expertise, and I just can't say enough of their work.  I highly recommend them, and, in fact, two of my neighbors took their number to have their garage floors done.  Thanks again Perez Concrete!!!

Very professional, responsive, and timely. Jose pays close attention to detail and was back and forth often checking on the work of his crew. Jose came across as very competent and knowledgable in the area of concrete and Patricia (office) was extremely responsive and pleasant. Nothing negative to say. We would definitely use them again.

Jose is very friendly and professional, he came out to do an estimate and we scheduled the work shortly thereafter.  The schedule moved around a bit due to the weather but they started the job within a day of when we initially discussed.  The crew was punctual and worked fast - the demo and pour was completed in one day.  Jose also did some minor tuck pointing work on our front steps free of charge.  Overall very happy with the outcome.
