THIS IS A COMPANY THAT WE HIRED AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR TWO YEARS AGO. HE WAS TERRIBLE! HE KEPT NO PROMISES, WORK WAS SHODDY, SELDOM, IF EVER SHOWED UP ON TIME; BURNED THROUGH OUR CAPITAL WAITING AND FINALLY HAD TO FIRE HIM. (YES, WE CHECKED HIM OUT AHEAD OF TIME; HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY SOMEONE I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST.) IF YOU HAVE A LIST OF PEOPLE/COMPANIES TO WATCH OUT FOR, THIS IS ONE THAT SHOULD BE ON THAT LIST: PATHWAY CONSTRUCTION (JUST IN CASE HE CHANGES THE COMPANY NAME): NORBERT ISBELL
