Excavation
Fernando was very responsive. We met on site to review the scope on a Wednesday and his crew started work on Saturday. The work was only expected to take 2 days but ended up taking 3 days because the crew had some difficulty removing the wood floors. Fernando was good about scheduling and met me on site at the end of each work day to review the progress. Problems: the crew damaged two conduits, taking out the exterior power and the third floor air conditioning and left a lot of nails in the studs and sub-floor. Overall a good experience.

General Remodeling
Fernando and his men were great. They all had a great work ethic and worked carefully to avoid too much damage. Fernando was very responsive via cell phone and worked with our contractor to make sure they left what could be useful in the build-out. They cleaned up at the end of each day enough so we could have some sanity while living in the house (although be ready for a lot of dust with a project of this type). The project lasted 4 days.
