We have had Scott and Kent as our roofers for over 30 years. They have always been very responsive, very fair with their pricing and willing to do more than we expect of them.

Scott came out promptly to provide an estimate and he kept in touch until we could schedule around the weather. The roof looks great! I would definitely use Osmondson's Roofing again!

Scott Osmondson is really a down-to-earth person. He's patient and professional. He's very experienced. My roof was replace by another company 9 years ago, and started to leak around chimney for the second time. My ceiling was damaged. Scott immediately gave an inspection (other companies won't come until weeks later). He diagnosed the problem and explained how the flashing should be properly installed. He also gave me advice how to contact original roof installer to fix the problem rather than forcing me to hire him to do the job. Very sincere and trustworthy. price is reasonable. Osmondson put on our last roof in 1993 - 26 years on a roof is amazing. We called them again and found they were competitive in pricing and we already trusted them. Once the weather was reasonable, they scheduled our roof. Beyond the actual roof, which looks amazing, they were amazing about their clean-up. They moved furniture off the patio, they cleaned up all areas on the ground. They have a large magnet they used both on the roof and the ground to find any wayward nails. They put copper flashing on. Members of the crew were professional and polite, as well as patient answering our grandson's questions. We have recommended them to everyone in the neighborhood. They will be doing some roofing work at our daughter's house later this year. They are fabulous!

I interviewed several roofing contractors before hiring Mr. Osmondson and would hire him again for any of my roofing needs due to the following reasons: * His estimate was more than reasonable (less than the other quotes I received) * His response to my phone call was within less than 15 minutes * He came out to inspect my entire roof the same day (and he did a thorough inspection) * He came as scheduled to repair the roof * He did not try and up sell me by telling me my entire roof needed replacement (like some of the other contractors) * He was highly knowledgeable regarding the roofing problem and the solution. * The work performed was PERFECT, you cannot see the repaired areas, and the roof withstood several heavy rains after the repair without any leaks * Lastly, Mr. Osmondson is one of the nicest, most knowledgable and honest contractor that I have ever met ( In the past I had to deal with a whole slew of contractors in the past when I was a general contractor on a project involving an addition to my property: to replace a porch that fell off the house)

I first encountered Osmondson Roofing a few years back on a referral from my next-door neighbor, needing a roofer to take a look at a few damaged shingles. They were top-of-mind when it came time for my roof replacement--especially having seen the work they did not only on my next-door neighbor's house, but on the house two doors down from me as well. This is a great company with which to work. We are talking about an exceptional level of care for my home. They hand nailed the new roof. Let that sink in--no over-/under-driven nails here because this crew is laying that roof down the right way. Complicating the roof install was a crumbling chimney. Well, Osmondson has a solution for that, too. They tore down and rebuilt the brick chimney in conjunction with the roof, and I couldn't be any happier with the result. As a bonus, I was having my HVAC replaced the same week and the proprietor, Scott, even offered to coordinate the chimney liner installation from my HVAC company with his work on the chimney. It went so smoothly I thought I was in a fairy tale. To top it off (well, bottom it off, actually), they added a beautiful piece of copper flashing to the chimney base (maybe it's normal, maybe it isn't, but I wasn't expecting it and I think it's gorgeous). Osmondson Roofing operates with integrity, too. Based on some other feedback I had received from various contractors, etc. over the past couple of years, I also asked Scott to quote me on replacing my gutters. He easily could have upsold me on a gutter replacement here since I was looking to buy, but after taking a look at them he told me there's no need to change them. At my request, I asked him to install some additional gutter guards where I still had some openings and the bill was pretty much cost for the materials. Who walks away from an easy upsell because it's the right thing to do? These guys. Scott and his crew (thanks guys!) were professional, punctual, and diligent. These folks HUSTLE. The chimney tear down, tear-off of the old roof, installation of the new roof, and chimney rebuild was done in two-and-a-half days. My property was left cleaner than they found it, too. In this case, I really got the service for which I paid. It is an old axiom you can have it good, you can have it fast, or you can have it cheap; pick two out of three. Osmondson Roofing almost has the trifecta. The price is a bit higher than one might find in what I guess is a standard tear-off situation, but I am extremely satisfied with the quality and speed with which the work was completed. This hire was worth every penny I paid and more. One note--call for the fastest response. Scott is really responsive to phone calls--a very direct approach to communicating to his customers that I preferred to texting/emailing back and forth. If you are bidding on a roof and/or chimney masonry, I strongly urge you to include Osmondson in your quotes. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed them, but the way they left my roof and chimney I don't think I'm going to have to worry about anything up there for decades.

I was looking at a house I had planned on purchasing and already had a roofing company come to inspect the roof. They were recommended by my agent. The roof had missing shingles and a chimney with missing mortar. They told me the roof would last ten years but I would definitely have hail damage before that and they could handle everything, no insurance increase would happen, and no mention of the chimney except they could repair it by adding mortar. Scott, the owner, was quickly responsive to my call. I had a couple days left for my approval of the contract so he understood the urgency and went himself. Immediately called me within 2 hours. His advice was on point with what family had told me. The roof would need continual repairs every 2 to 3 years and best scenario, should be replaced within about 8 years. The chimney would also need consistent repairs and need to be replaced in a short time as well. He gave me an estimate half the price of the other company if I wanted repairs or replacement. I would definitely hire them again to inspect my roof, give me an estimate, or for any roof trouble in the future.

Scott was very professional, responsive and accommodating. Quoted us a fair price, took the time to match the shingles on the house, completed the job quickly. Would use them again without hesitation.

Scott was responsive to my call and arranged for a quick visit. After thoroughly discussing a few options for changes to my roof, I opted for only having one thing done at this time- a new exhaust hood installed (I did the duct work in the attic myself). Scott was able to schedule the work fairly quickly and altho I wasn’t home when he showed up which I had requested, I have to trust the work was done correctly. He left a voicemail to tell me it was complete and the invoice arrived quickly thereafter. I was generally pleased with his communication and fairness of the price and will consider using them again in the future.

Great! Scott came over, went on the roof and quickly figured out where the leak was. He also inspected the rest of the roof and determined it was still in great shape, with the exception of the one spot. He took pictures while on the roof to show us where the problem was and then explained how he was going to go about fixing it. A few days later, he and his crew showed up and got the job done, again taking pictures so we would know the work was completed properly. We were very happy with the workmanship, quick turnaround, and professionalism. Great local business to support.

My neighbor had referred me to Scott Osmondson, whom he had known for a long time. Scott has done various exterior work over the years for my neighbor years and needless to say, my neighbor has been quite pleased. I rated Osmondson Carpentry, as you can see, an A in every category because THAT'S exactly what it was, no hype and no joke, and I am absolutely sure that is what it will be when I contact him again for future work that needs to be done. Scott gave me a thorough explanation of exactly what needed to be done now and possible alternatives for what needs to be done in the future, and the things of which I need to keep aware in the meantime regarding my roof, gutters and brick chimney. He didn't try to sell me on more than what was needed. Honesty, promptness, punctuality and above all, professionalism - right on down to the pre-stamped envelope and contents therein after work was completed. For the price I paid and what I received in terms of the whole package, it's a rare find these days.

Superbly! Not only did Scott Osmondson have the right equipment, knowledge, talent and skills to do this job, he had the will and honesty to get it done right, on time and in budget. After many years of hiring and paying others to attempt to fix our leaky roof/chimney problems, Scott and his crew took great care to do the job right. Wish we would have met him a long time ago. He incorporates quality of work values that are scarce to find these days. It was a pleasure having him and his crew around for our project.

Very satisfied. Scott was very professional and worked us in for next day because of rain forecast. Scott did every thing he promised and more. Price was competitive and clean up was meticulous . One of the best experiences I have had with any repair services.

Scott Osmondson spent a lot of time explaining the work that had to be done to replace the old two layers of roof. He also went up on the roof to inspect it first- hand before submitting his proposal. His proposal was very detailed and descriptive of the required work and materials. He sent me shingle samples and included in his proposal pricing for basic shingles and the next level of upgrade, at my request. Scott did not push the slightly higher price option and left the decision up to me. I got five estimates. Scott's was in the middle. Two were significantly higher and two were significantly lower. The range of estimates went from $8,800 to $15,000 - a surprising range for the same job. The work actually took about four days. He took pictures to document the rotted decking that needed to be replaced. Scott worked right along side his men and supervised their work as well. I was kept informed throught the work. Scott and his team hand-hammer in all the shingles and new decking. They even tighten the naling on the old but still good decking. No nail guns were used. It takes a bit longer to do it this way, but every nail is straight and secure - no slanted nails. Clean up afterward was excellent. All the old roofing and decking was hauled away in a truck- no dumpsters in the yard. Scott treated my home with the care and interest as if it were his own home. I was very pleased with the workmanship and contractor/homeowner communication. I would use his company again and highly recommend his services to others.

Wow, one best experiences i ever had with a construction type person. Scott came stopped by on a sunday. He was a few minutes early. I wanted an estimate on a roof leak. We climbed up on my roof. Scott spotted the issue in about 10 seconds. Two loose nails. All i needed to do was pull them out and chaulk. Then Scott spend about 20 minutes with me educating me about my roof, how to maintain it and improve my attic ventilation. Scott did not charge me anything. Scott is truly nice, knowledgeable, professional. Take it from a guy who has sued contractors, etc. Scott is just wonderful. Please give him some business.

Right from the start, when I called Scott to ask for an estimate on re-roofing the garage, he was professional and courteous. He came by the same day and listened thoroughly to what i wanted. He answered all of my questions. On the day of the job, he and his crew were on time and got right to work. They even worked through a light drizzling rain. When they were finished, the crew cleaned up very well. I'm very pleased with the work from beginning to end. I almost wish I had something else for him to do.

Amazing! I contacted Scott and he came out the very same day to look at a faulty gutter. He could have easily told us to remove the original 1949 gutter, but instead he repaired it and told us to save because they will need to be replaced in a couple years. We will definitely be calling him. Scott is honest and takes so much pride in his work and always has his customer’s best interest in mind.

Scott provided a complete estimate of the work that needed to be done, what was involved in the job, explained materials needed & provided suggestions for roof color choices. He and his crew showed up on time and were punctual each day of work. They were very careful working around the existing landscaping & were neat, cleaning up the area each day when they were finished. He and his crew were very professional, provided high quality work. I have not had any problems with my roof following and I would definitely hire them again. I would highly recommend them to others to have their work done.

I must say Scott Osmondson and his men were very professional. He was easy to work with and his price was the best one we found. He does give seniors a discount. What I likes most he wasn't pushy about what he does. He takes pride in his jobs. House and garage were completed in 3 days, and it was a total tear down on the roofs. When they left in the evening you would have never known they were there! I would recommend him and his men again. He put a copper finish on the front eve and wow does it spruce up the front of the house!!!!!

The project went very well. I am pleased with the results and was happy with both the owner and his crew. Very clean, very good communicators...nice job done by Osmondson. I definitely would recommend them.

I cannot recommend Scott and his team highly enough. Scott came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof, and patiently walked us through the problem areas. He did not try to sell us on any unnecessary repair work (unlike some of the other roofers we had called out for quotes). Once we signed off on his quote (which was extremely reasonable), he and his team were on site within a matter of days to complete the project, which they did quickly and efficiently. Scott also took pictures of each step of the project so we could see the progress and the completed job. Overall, they did an outstanding job, and I would absolutely use Scott and his team again in the future.

Scott was very responsive, patient, punctual and professional. The job was completed as promised and as scheduled. Everything was done exactly as we discussed. He was out here working alongside his employees and oversought the entire job. The roof came out great. He had also done some tuckpointing on my chimney a few months back and that came out great as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.
