They  were responsive in that  they did return and fix the side borders with a somewhat better match, but were unable to do anything on the new spotting or restore the nap that had been removed by their cleaning process.  I have been told by others that they may have machine washed the rug thinking it was machine made because of its excellent condition, but it was a hand woven 100 year old Chinese. I used them because they had washed the rug for me about 6 or 7 years earlier, and it came back in beautiful condition.

I had a very good experience. They had a good selection of the kind of rug we wanted. He did a very good job explaining to us the differences between the kinds of oriental rugs that we were looking at. He's flexible on the price and it was a very pleasant transaction. I think he's a very knowledgeable rug dealer with a really good inventory, who is good at explaining the differences between the various rugs and his prices were fair.

The experience with this company was terrific. When I called to schedule a pick up they also guaranteed a 2 week turn around and set up the return as well. One of the rugs required more work but was still returned within the 2 week time frame. I was called for approval of the extra work and cost before any of it was done. The person who called was polite and very professional when describing the work needed. The rugs were returned and put back on the floor and furniture re positioned with great care. I have no complaints.

TWO RUGS CAME OUT VERY WELL. THE THIRD ONE DID NOT CLEAN AS WELL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO OLD AND THE STAINS DID NOT COME OUT WELL. WILL NOT HAVE THAT RUG CLEANED AGAIN. THE MEN WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT MOVING THE FURNITURE AND PICKING UP AND PUTTING BACK THE RUGS.
