The service was excellent. John and Junior were on time. The installation on pedestal sinks has to be prefect because of exposed fitting and everything was done perfectly. Clean up was great too. They are my plumbers for life.

We were amazed by this crew. They were prompt, very clean, quick, efficient, courteous, kind, and meticulous. They worked well together and sometimes even sang while they worked. Everyone in the crew was knowledgeable and extremely polite. They answered questions thoroughly and were very patient with my long lists. The employees and the owner (Len) appeared to have an excellent working relationship--I like to see employees being treated well. It is rare these days to find businesses with crews that both have pride in what they do. This company and its crew absolutely did. The system has not been tested by rain and sewer back up yet, but I was very impressed by this family owned business and will most definitely call them for all my plumbing needs, hoping those are few and far between.

They're fine and also very responsive. They would come to do the work right away. They're very clean, efficient, and professional. They didn't leave a mess and all of the jobs they've done for me have been fine. I had them do a number of things at the same time since I had some real plumbers here. I call them and they come very quickly. I wouldn't bother looking for a plumber and would just use them again. I think I saw a circular in the church paper or something so I called them and they were fine. I did call a few other people too, but these were the people who I went through with.

I called Len when I was remodeling my bathroom, and decided to replumb the house at the same time. my 50 year old plumbing just was not delivering hot water the way it should. I called Nuzzo plumbing. Len and John were prompt and efficient. They inspected my house and agreed that replacing the pipes would really increase the volume of water to my appliances and shower. They gave me a prompt estimate and told me they could begin immediately. John and his crew were considerate, neat and on time. My water pressure has increased considerably. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone!

Mr. Nuzzo was prompt in scheduling the work to be done and his crew arrived on time. The job was performed without problems , the water heater that was installed was of good quality, they cleaned up the area when finished, and they were pleasant. Mr. Nuzzo returned a few days later to make a small adjustment. This was a good experience. I appreciated the reliability, responsiveness, and service quality.

Nuzzo made to our house in as short of a time as could be expected for a rainy day. Once there they immediately got yhe line opened and waater drained. Did a very good job, have used them before and will continue to do so.

Basement floor drain was clogged after a previous contractor washed their tools that were covered in floor leveling cement. I thought it was going to be big job to break through the cement. Nuzzo was able to come out the same day as he was in the area doing another job. Within a short time, they broke through the clog, and the drain was restored to normal operation. Very professional and honest team.

Quickly responded to our inquiry and gave a educated guess as to the source of the problem. However, wife contacted someone else who was able to get to the scene more quickly. I would definetly use them in the future.

Overall a very good experience. They came within a day of my contacting them, and solved the problem in one short visit. The job site was cleaner when then left than it had been when they arrived. We had a minor mis-communication about the site address and arrival time, but it was cleared up quickly, and I was very happy with the experience.

They gave us a great quote and did what they were supposed to do. They were great and were also very easy to work with.

He was great. He was very very good and professional. He responded right away. He really tried to solve the problem for us without trying to sell us the most expensive product. He was very punctual and the quality of his work was excellent.

It was work to find a plumber specializing in the type of pump needed. There were many companies wanting to sell drain tile system at costs up to $16K that didn't address the issue. Speaking to Len, I got a good feeling right away. With 40+ years in the biz and very happy doing his job I never felt he was talking game to try and close the deal. I talked to many companies including Angie's List award winners & chose Len in spite of not being listed or having a slick website. He does business the old fashioned way with handshakes straight talk and no pressure. The cost was steep but was right in the middle of most quotes. It took a few months to schedule due to weather but the job was done in 2 days with little disruption. The crew was professional and Len was on site during the entire process. Some extra work was thrown in at no extra charge which speaks to his character. When finished Len said he would be calling his retired father on how it went, just like he does after every big job.
