I have been an intermittent customer for about 10 yrs. Whenever I have had a computer problem Mr. Ozer was my solution. He a always been friendly, competent, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonable. I dropped my laptop of on Thursday afternoon and it was ready first thing Saturday morning. Only one day without it.
