Been more than 5.5 months and they still have not installed the window that was ordered. In fact, Paul is expecting it to take more than another month since they are ordering it from China.

I called and spoke to one of the owners (Paul) about replacing a window in my condominium that had suffered a large crack. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He immediately set up a time for the glass to be measured and a member of his staff showed up on time. The glass was ordered and Paul notified me when it was ready for installation. Again we set up a date and time and the installers were on time. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They brought drop cloths and a refuse container to dispose of the old glass. They also brought their own shop vac to clean up any remaining debri. They left my condo in the same condition it was in before they arrived. Except the replaced the glass that was needed and did a beautiful job.
