Perfect. Work was done efficiently. Both locks now work as well as can be expected.

Needless to say, after several attempts at correcting this, we both realized that the door frame was so out of square that the ideal solution would be to replace the whole thing. Nico, however, was persistent and was able to get the door to close and lock. As expected, there were some gaps around the door which I could insulate...but at least the door closed easily. Nico also replaced a door bottom sweep. After Nico completed the work, he noticed one of the boards of the deck were lifted. He nailed that down. He also fixed a sticking door in the living room. He and his son were very professional.

Nico showed up, investigated all doors, and fixed all the problems very quickly. All doors now are quiet and smooth in opening and closing.

They were on time, very knowledgeable, and did a great job.

We got off to a slow start. I purchased the deal in February. We went back and forth by phone early on, talking about waitng for warmer weather bcause some work would be outside. But then it wasn't until July that we seriously started to figure things out. My fault for not reconnecting sooner. His fault for not promptly submitting an estimate after coming over to see what needed working on -- since I knew it would be well beyond the deal I bought. So my advice is to follow up with him if he doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion. Other than our slow start, everything was perfect. Nico is a very personable, friendly and easy going guy, and will fit the work around your schedule. And I thought his charges were reasonable and I was impressed he knew which stores to get which materials ar the best prices. He replaced a bedroom door and a storm door, replaced weather strippng onseveral doors, built and installed new screens for our back porch, and did assorted smaller jobs.

The work was completed to satisfaction.

Nico made two trips - one to come in and assess the situation and a second to solve the problem. Both times he was very friendly and informative about what he was doing and made it very clear what work he was going to do. After viewing the sliding glass doors the first time he said that it might be difficult to stop cold air from leaking in and that if he couldn't come up with an appropriate solution he would refund us our money. Luckily he came up with a simple, straightforward solution that only cost around $50 in supplies and took him about 30 minutes to implement. Would definitely recommend him.

Nicole arrived a few minutes early, surveyed the many closet doors I had that had become misaligned, not closing, etc., realized he needed some small hardware parts, bought them, returned and fixed all the doors, which had several different problems. Just what I needed.

Nico was prompt, nice and knowledgable. He did an excellen job with weather stripping. We talked about some other needs for my house, fix running toilets and grouting my bathroom floor. I have hired him to do this work, also

Nick came with his helper, Martin, on a September 28th and finished today on October 8, 2015. He originally came to paint a bedroom, but we kept coming up with other jobs like the re-do of the bathroom. He went us to the paint store and helped me pick up the color for the bedroom. Then again went with us to Home Depot to select the vanity, medicine cabinet, the faucet, and more paint. Nick has very good ideas and tastes. I would have been lost in Home Depot without him. He knew what size we needed for all the items and he picked out the items we bought there (because I don't have very good taste). He is very, very easy to work with and always leaves the area he is working in , clean. And he takes away the things we replaced.

Nico arrived at the agreed upon time, completed his inspection and made the required adjustments.

They were good. They had some trouble finding my house and he said he had a map. I would advise them that if they are to supply a door, they should factor installation in their price. It was annoying that he had to go and purchase the weather stripping.

Nico was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He had great suggestions and ideas to help make my project better. He provided his history which was very insightful and he has excellent customer service. He listens very well to your issues. Nico and his team did a great job! I bought a deal on Angie's List for this service, since I had several doors that were out of alignment since it's a new house and is in the process of settling. Nico was on time and very professional. When one of the doors needed a little more adjustment after Nico left, he came right back and readjusted the door until it was perfect. Looking forward to having Nico back for some more work when it's needed.

Everything went well. The gentleman responded quickly, he arrived on time, and his price was fair. He did a good job in all respects, and I would use him again if necessary.

Fine. Great job. He's flexible. He can come in and see what needs to be done, and get it done. He was congenial, no-nonsense, and a competent person at a reasonable price. I will have him do some more work later on.

We had a really good experience. This was an Angie's List Big Deal for 3 hours of door maintenance (materials not included). We heard from them as soon as we bought the deal and they scheduled the appointment quickly. They were punctual and professional. We had a side door that was extremely drafty, and it's beautifully sealed now. We also had a front storm door that wouldn't close properly and it works perfectly now. Based on our experience, we would definitely use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for three hours of door maintenance. Nico's Remodeling was great. Good communication and he showed up on time. Booth doors are working great now. Would highly recommend.

I signed up for the Angie's Deal and Nico emailed me promptly after to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment he kept me updated on his arrival time. Nico arrived and got right t work on fixing my large and heavy exterior door that had been sticking for the last year. After about an hour of working on it he had it swinging smoothly. He then went to work on installing a deadbolt in another door. For this he had to start from the beginning. The door was not pre-drilled for a deadbolt, so he had to do all that himself. I was a little concerned because an error drilling can ruin a door, but he work was neat and expertly done. Nico is a talented and very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I will call him again for other work and highly recommend him to Angie's list subscribers.

Nicolas was very prompt and he finishes the job completely each day. There was one thing that I thought could have been improved. He ordered too much supplies, there were some materials I had to take back. When he measured the area, the tiles that he ordered were too much. The paint was sufficient because he primed and paint it. He was very responsive.

I thought the closet needed to be repaired, but he ended up replacing the closet itself. Everything went absolutely perfect. He was on time and did an outstanding job. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely give him a call for any jobs like this again.

He's finishing up the job within the next few weeks, but overall, it's been an excellent experience. I can't speak highly enough about him. Nick's craftsmanship is excellent and he's a man of his word. He really works with you to meet your expectations, and has demonstrated a lot of flexibility with our scheduling.
