My experience overall wasgreat.

To Whom It May Concern:
After a significant hailstorm in our area, (Addison,IL.) we were approached daily by phone, flyer and doorbell by representatives of various contractors. New Edge Improvement  Marcin introduced himself and the company at my front door. I was immediately taken with his quiet air of professionalism and an intangible "something" which just said he was a good guy. He was patient and persistent without being a pest. He worked very well with our insurance adjustor. He was knowledgeable and informative. It was obvious that he wanted our business but he was never pushy. We felt that he did everything possible to see that we were as well served as possible after this event and went out of his way to assist us with our issues and called on his supervisor for complications. Our roof was replaced just great by New Edge Improvement---it took them a day to complete the job. Martin New Edge Improvement representative was consistent about overseeing the work, coming to the house whenever he said he would, explaining as we went along. Everything happened as we had been led to believe it would, cleanup was excellent and our many flower beds were intact. He brought his younger brother who he is training and both these young men are delightful and marvelous ambassadors for New Edge Improvement company. We have already made a referral based on our interaction with Marcin. He is definitely a keeper!Sincerely,

It all went really well, the job was done well, quickly, no issues with contact, the price was the lowest compared to all other estimates. All of the work was done, leaving no mess at all. The time it took them was amazing, I would not expect it to be done so fast. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely hire this company again when needed, and would recommend them to others.

New Edge Improvement  is great , they were always friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Because they are so good, they are very busy, so scheduling might not always be immediate. I have to give a shout-out to Monika, the office manager, who is skilled and knowledgeable in both construction and the insurance aspect of the job. My roof had hail damage, so insurance paid for much of this job. Monika always knew what was going on with the job, and never lost track of me and the work I needed done.

We've been in our old house for 13 years and it had 4 layers of old roofing on it.  Our job was not an easy one.  New Edge did a good job of removing the roof and patching up areas of rotted wood on the roof where it was needed.  As well, it was necessary to replace playwood almost the entire roof of the house.  As I believe happens with the majority of construction type work, there were a couple of issues in regard to fixing some aluminum trim flashing on the house, however that was correctly quickly by Champion.
Thankfully, New Edge had documented the additional cost wood repairs with photos prior to the new shingles being put on.  So, bottom line is this.  Our roof looks great and I would highly recommend New Edge.
