It went well. I called them on Friday afternoon, and they called back Monday morning. They came by 9am and were done in one half hour. Two toilets needed parts to make them flush properly, which they supplied and replaced. I also had a couple faucets checked out that had dripping, but as I suspected, they needed to be replaced.

They are honest. They can turn an emergency into an easy situation to deal with. They don't over charge you and they are competitively priced, maybe even lower than the competition. They don't perform work that doesn't need to be done.

I called in the early afternoon and Al was here less than half an hour later. He brought all necessary equipment and quickly fixed the problem. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently he worked.

I think it went pretty well. Rocco came for an estimate and was very thorough and took his time to explain things. Once hired, they showed up on time and worked for about 3 days. The work looks great. Some tiles broke in my shower from the vibrating of sawing some pipes, so that was a bit disappointing--but I can't say I was entirely surprised with a house that old. Overall, I would definitely hire them for future projects.

The work went well. Netzel Plumbing responded quickly and fixed the 2 items that didn't need parts, ordered the part for the 3rd item and fixed that within a few days. We were very pleased with the professionalism and the responsiveness of the company. We have used Netzel Plumbing previously and have always found the experience very positive.

It was great. We were able to schedule the work in a day. James called twice to let us know what his schedule was looking like and was able to arrive earlier than he'd initially predicted. That was good because the job took a while. He had to move a gas line in an old kitchen we are remodeling, and install, including running the plumbing lines through new cabinetry, a dishwasher. He set right to work and though the job took longer than he expected (it's an old building and nothing is straightforward), he completed the job by the end of the day. He explained everything he needed to do and we are very pleased with the work.

Netzel Plumbing came when they said they would, was very professional in their dealings with all the units, and charged what they said they were going to charge. I was very pleased with the work done and the service provided.

I called this plumber and he was able to have someone out to my place within one hour. The repairman was very professional. He made sure everything was in order when he was done. I have a special kind of seat so I was glad that they had them on hand. They were pricey, however, they did do a good job.

I felt like the price was a little high, but they were very good. I always use them every time I have a problem with my sewer. Their price is a bit high but they are always able to take care of any plumbing problems I have.

We had been turning the water off at the base of the toilet to keep it from running and it was quite annoying. I called them and they came out the next day to fix it. He showed up on time and had us fixed up in no time at all.

Pretty smooth besides a few days of showing up later than we expected.

When I had another company rod the drains, we noticed a problem in the drains of a bathroom in the basement. Since that company did only rodding work, I called in Netzel. The plumber checked the drains and found the problem, which required no work on his part. I then asked him to install a faucet on the outside of the building for plant watering. He did so and left within one hour. Although he was unfamiliar with the area and got lost for a few minutes, he was less than 10 minutes late.

Al did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently, explained everything and even gave us a few tips.

They called when they said they would to confirm the appointment. They informed me they had a delay on another job and said they would call when they were on the way. Al called about an hour later and said he was on the way. He showed up when he said he would and proceeded to fix the leak. It was located in a slightly awkward place but he handled it efficiently and professionally. He did an exceptional job and I was very pleased, overall.

The overall experience was outstanding!! Alan (the plumber who came onsite) was extremely knowledgeable (i.e., not only understood my specific plumbing issues at hand, but also how a variety of manufacturers products worked in detail) and was able to fix all the issues in very short order. This included trouble shooting a troublesome Groehe kitchen faucet which required a new part as well as some "creative" solutions. Alan did excellent work and even took the time to call around and visit plumbing supply shops to better understand what options might be available for the Groehe faucet. The company was very friendly, responsive and provided excellent work at a very fair price!! They will be top on my list when seeking bids for a bathroom remodel!!

Netzel was very good with their appointments and calling back. I had one issue with the second appointment time that was just a communication problem, but worked out okay. Rocco is responsive and Al who does the work does a nice clean job. I have already recommended them to friend. I think the cost was pretty reasonable.

Worker showed up on time, completed all the work quickly. The toilet has been perfect, no more problems with odors or waste leakage. The kitchen faucet was purchased by me beforehand, sill cocks and materials for re-seating the toilet were included in price, which was lower than I expected. I did not get an estimate first, as each job was minor. I requested moving the gas supply line to the stove, the plumber saved me money by altering it in place to allow the stove to fit over it.

We discovered mold along the bottom of the wall and baseboard in our laundry room in February. We have a duplex-down condominium in a small building. We took out the moldy drywall and discovered a very slow drip of water coming from what seemed to be our dishwasher or sink area upstairs. We called a plumber from the phone book who came out, cut into our kitchen cabinet, but could not locate the leak. We then looked at the List and found Netzel. The gentleman we talked to over the phone was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel confident in the company's competence. They made an appointment for us the very next day. Paul came on time and immediately got to work. He found the source of the leak and repaired it expertly. We highly recommend Netzel Plumbing and would hire them again.

My husband called Netzel Plumbing based on Angie's List recommendations (our first use of 'the list'). James came out the next day and quickly evaluated and remedied the initial situation. He re-set our toilets (two upstairs) and replaced seals and internal parts as well as clearing the clog in the sink. About a week later there was more leaking in another spot in the ceiling which appeared unrelated to the first. We called Netzel again on a Friday afternoon and James came back again, but not until Monday. This time took a little longer (three visits/days) however he explained he had some customers which had no working toilets whom needed to take priority. He took the time to weigh options and get it right without costing us an arm and a leg! James was very courteous calling to keep me abreast of when he would arrive each day. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. He even got a big smile out of my 2 year old! James also called a few days later to follow-up.

I called and scheduled the installation for a day when I was off of work. They called that morning to say that someone had called in sick, and asked to reschedule for another day that was convenient to me. The following week they came out exactly at the pre-arranged time and brought up the new water heater. It took a little over an hour for them to drain and remove the old one and install the new one. Very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also answered questions I had about possibly putting a stackable washer and dryer in a hallway closet. I would definitely use them in the future if I have that work done or had any other plumbing issues. Very professional.

They were less expensive than other plumbers I've used in the past. They showed up immediately, got the job done quickly, and I'd recommend them to others!

After a bit of confusion over time and location of job, they arrived and got the job done quickly and well. They talked me through the problem and possible ways to fix it. I was pleased with their patience with me and their apparent knowledge regarding how to fix the issue.

Excellent; Al was very efficient, he ran the drain-hose and water up through the holes after removing the rubber hoses that were included. A nice small unobtrusive hole was made in the cabinet, the connections were neat and leak free. I was very happy with the job, Al explained why he was doing everything and the fact that most of the parts that a store sent were not needed, especially the electrical connection.
