Charles was great from the beginning to the end. He was able to find a carpet within my budget and work with me while I was away out of the state. His installers were friendly and did an amazing job. Charles at Nation Wide Floor Lamp and Window Covering was extremely professional. He offered excellent aesthetic advice, and we were extremely pleased with the final product. The future renters noticed 2-3 areas that required minor touch ups, and I asked Charles how I could resolve them. Charles offered to have his team visit the place and quickly took care of those areas. I would highly recommend working with this business and would do so again without reservation. Very professional, and very satisfied.

They did a great job. They had to replace more boards that we thought, but fortunately we had enough spares. They quoted a very fair pricee an would have settled for that even though there was more work involved. We gave them some extra because we thought that was fair and they did a good job.

Charles was great and will definitely use again. We bought a new home and needed to carpet the upstairs. Work we were doing on the house kept pushing back when they could install. Charles was incredibly patient and understanding as he held our carpet after order for multiple weeks. Also felt he was transparent and honest when working with him, no doubts about what we were buying and what was best for us.

We used Nationwide for new carpeting in two bedrooms. Charles came to our place to take measurements and show us different samples. He sent us larger samples right away so we could make a final decision. Once we did, scheduling was easy, and everything went smoothly with the installation. The two installers showed up on time and worked very efficiently, completing the job, cleanup, and old carpet removal in just about two hours. The rooms look great and we were very satisfied with the service and the quality. Would recommend Nationwide and use them again.

Charles and his team were very professional. They were timely and very good with communication. The only negative was that the wood floor boards weren't fully fixed. However, we were told by this company that it was a bigger project than just carpeting and the whole floor would need to be replaced. They carpeted the two bedrooms and used thick high-quality padding underneath. They also drilled all loose boards. And they were quick! After the project was completed we reached back out to Charles about the fact that the floor wasn't sufficiently fixed underneath. He re-explained the building structure and refunded the plywood we were charged for to hopefully fix the issue. The customer service was excellent and I'd use them again.

Charles was very responsive, calling me back quickly after my first inquiry, and came out the following Saturday to give an estimate and show me samples.  He was very pleasant and easy to work with.  Ended up getting faux wood blinds on most of the windows in our two-story Georgian, and honeycomb blinds in the den.  Robby installed them today, and we're very satisfied with the work, quality, and look of the blinds.

Charles gave me a good selection and took his time.  I was a bit fussy about a radiator original to the house that I had sandblasted and repainted, since the tile wouldn't quite fit underneath, and his installers came up with a workaround that made me happy.  They did some extra work on sanding doors down to fit for no charge. Worked efficiently, floor looks great.  My only negative comment is that the floor had several layers of old flooring underneath which I wanted removed.  Turns out one of them was asbestos, which then couldn't be removed, necessitating all the workarounds.  Charles was sincerely apologetic about missing that and made sure I was happy in the end.  I include that not to criticize him but (a) to let you know if there is a problem he and his crew fix it, and (b) let people know to think about that. A pleasure to work with him, would definitely use them again.
