I called around to get estimates and Mr. Duct was a flat rate with NO hidden charges. The guys came out on time and did a totally AWESOME job. I just bought a house and had all new wood floors installed, besides the fact that the vents had never been cleaned since it was built in the 70s! The stuff in the ducts was nothing short of disgusting and I'm allergic to dust! Mr. Duct set up the appointment that was the perfect day and time for me and the two gentlemen that came out were personable, efficient, knowlegeable, and neat, and explained things as they went along. I took, as did they, photos of before and after. AMAZING change. I am a Realtor and will be letting all of my clients know about this company. Thank you, Mr. Duct! Great job!Cleaned

Even with the Angie discount I thought price was high for my modest 3 BD townhouse. Option for less service and lower price ($350) not offered until questioned. Both men from Mr. Duct Naperville location and had 15 months or less experience. That said, they were prompt, efficient and very tidy - job took less than two hours. My neighbor had them do his unit after mine. Only negative is a new annoying metal rattling when the furnace is fully engaged - 10+ days and it isn't going away. Received phone call from Mr. Duct for feedback and did call back and left my name and number,but they never tried reaching me again.

We are happy with our experience with Mr. Duct. They were very professional and thorough with the cleaning. We were unhappy with a certain aspect of the scheduling of the job and Mr. Duct contacted us to make the situation right. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They came out to clean out our ducts of our condo and our neighbors unit.The Job was done quick with attention to make sure debris did not get all over the condo. I especially liked how the crew was considerate of our cat which had to be moved around a bit as the work was done. When it was all done they showed us what our ducts looked like clean and reported that the smell we were getting was probably roofing tar.

Mr. Duct was very thorough in cleaning and inspecting the vents and they ensured that our house was clean upon the completion of the work. The workers showed us before and after pictures of the ducts to show the extent of the dust and debris that had to be cleaned. In addition to the very good job of cleaning the ducts, the workers were able to identify which rooms and vents were connected to which thermostat (two in the house) and furnace (two in the house). This additional information was very much appreciated because we were unsure as to how best and most efficiently to heat our new home. They took the time to confirm our understanding and allowed us to ask any question along the way. They were very professional in completing their work. I would recommend this company.

After we had a new AC/furnace system installed on our 1st floor, we thought it best to do a duct cleaning (never done in 7 years of ownership). Mr. Duct had great ratings, so I called for an estimate. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick with a quote of $400. I ended up calling back to book the appointment. When I spoke with Veronica, I asked about doing our 2nd floor AC/furnace system as well. She said if they were able to do them both on the same visit, they'd offer a large discount ... so we booked that too. The two service techs, Marco & Dave (who arrived early!), were the *nicest* service people we've ever had in our home, in 7 years. NICEST! Pleasant, friendly, very detailed, explained everything, cleaned every duct (both push & returns) & every vent, and even allowed our 4-year-old to peek in the ducts with them every now and then too. They also cleaned out our laundry dryer trap & vent for free, inspected/cleaned our furnace panels, and took video & pictures to show us their progress throughout the house We're very happy with the end results, would highly recommend them & their services.

The experience was definitely a positive one. The Company is very professional from the phone call to set it up till the time they leave your house. they cleaned every intake and out put and sanitized each and cleaned up any mess they may have made. When they were done they made sure to answer any and all of my questions.

They cleaned the dryer vent (which was VERY dirty) and suggested a flexible hose and screen be installed, which I agreed with. They were very nice.

They did an excellent job cleaning the furnace and vents. My home has a lot less dust after the ducts were cleaned.

They did a great job. They arrived promptly, explained everything, showed before and after videos, and charged what they quoted.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Duct. They came out right away and left the place cleaner than when they arrived!

They were very good, it was excellent.

When the 2 guys got to the house they came in and took off there shoes. To us that shows respect for our home. They got right to work. They asked us to show them where the vents were located in each room.One of the guys and my husband moved the furniture out of the way so they could get at the vents.Some of the furniture was very heavy to move, but it did get moved. Also our flat screen TV had to be moved out of the way. One of the guys removed the vent covers and the other guys put the air hose down each of the vents to knock lose all of the ddirt down the vents. The other guy cleaned the vent covers after the vent where cleaned. With a camera they showed us the vent before and after it was cleaned. When all the vents were cleaned on the main floor they went to the basement and cleaned the vents in the basement and vaccumed out all of the dirt. that they knocked down the vents from the main floor. After that they came upstairs and put all of the vent covers back on and moved all of the furniture back into place.They did a great job on our vents and dealt very well with our german shepard.

Mario and Ernesto were VERY professional! Our home was originally built in 1942 and by the dust that I visualized through the special camera that Ernesto fished down one of the vents they had never been cleaned before!!!!!!! It took them a while to clean the many airducts that go through our home. They also knew their limitations and offered another alternative route to clean the air ducts rather than ruin our newly painted house(the old air vents are basically stuck to the wall). I can already tell the difference in the air quality of our home as evidenced in my husbands allergy symptoms decreasing!. They also cleaned our dryer vent , in witnessing the amount of dust and dirt and lint that came out of the vent it hadn't been cleaned in 69 yrs either. I will DEFINITELY have them back next year to clean our dryer vents, and our airducts in another 3 years! I LOVE this comapny! I give it 5 + stars!!!

I called Mr. Duct to get a price on cleaning the air ducts in my home. They gave me a quote and explained what they do. The were available to come that same day or the next day. They came within the time promised time frame. Their employees were very thorough. They even found insulation in one of the return ducts. It has been a week since the ducts were cleaned and I have noticed that the amount of dust on furniture is greatly reduced.After a week, there no noticable dust The week before Mr. Duct came, it took only 4 days for a good amount of dust to accumulate on clean, horizontal surfaces. Although the receipt I signed at completion of the work said I was shown a video of the before and after, I was not shown any video. Otherwise, they did a great job. I would have them come clean the ducts again.

I called on Thursday and Mr. duct was able to accomodate me and come out on Saturday. This was the first time I had the air ducts cleaned. Everything was explained and estimate which was quoted was exactly how much I paid. They did a great job were very prompt and professional. I would use the company again.

I called and they came out the very next day...arrived promptly and presented themselves professionally. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize their services (air duct cleaning) because I live in a very old home (86 years old) that has a brand new furnace but the duct work is old. The gentlemen looked everything over before beginning their work and discovered that due to the age of the duct work there was asbestos tape used when they were installed, which effectively brought the whole operation to a grinding halt before it even got started! I am so happy they were professionals because they discovered this fact before they ever disturbed anything in the ducts...therefore, leaving well enough alone and bringing no harm to us or themselves. If I could use them in the future I would not hesitate to call them!

Given the huge amount of effort involved in setting up the giant vacuum out front, trailing the various hoses through our condo and then the actual service, everything went off without a hitch. The representatives doing the work were very pleasant and thorough and explained the process before they started and then again once it was completed, they explained what all they did. They left instructions on what we should do in a week (replace the air filter in the furnace) and were very congnizant to not make a mess. The before and after vent camera view was very educational as well. They found an intact lightbulb somewhere in our air ducts so that's concerning that it was in there from the rehab of the condo 11 years ago likely. We would highly recommend the company to our friends and will certainly contact you again in a year or two to have the service done again.

We've used Mr. Duct twice and have been satisfied with their service on both occasions. We initially used Mr. Duct to clean our airducts in our home - they used cameras to show what our airducts looked like before/after the cleaning. We then contacted Mr. Duct to service our A/C. We chose Mr. Duct because they don't charge extra to use a 40-ft ladder. Most HVAC companies would have charged an additional $80-100 simply because our air conditioner is on our roof. Mr. Duct's employees were punctual, professional, and did a great job. Our A/C was completely out of freon - the price for routine servicing of A/C is much lower. Highly recommend.

Overall, it went great. I liked seeing the before and after video of my air ducts. I had a few basic questions about my furnace and they were able to answer them with no problems.

Excellent! After a horrible experience with another company I called Mr Duct. They came the same day and did a spectacular job! They met with my tenant and thoroughly cleaned all the ducts..... which were extremely dirty. The price was right and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They took a credit card over the phone so I didn't have to take the time to meet them in person. EXCELLENT JOB!
