It went extremely well. I give him a grade of A++. He is intelligent, professional, meticulous, energetic, friendly, highly capable, and honest. Although the cost could be substantial, he agreed in advance that for his reasons he would make no charges of me. I am selling by owner, and needed a realor consultation, which Mike provide and in the interests of being considered for hire to help sell our house. If a home owner should like to contact me at [email protected] I will be happy to confirm what I have just said. We are selling our home by owner over Zillow, and we contact Mike for advice and he came to our home with his camera and offered generously to take photos. He also offered a commission rate that was very competitive. If we should need a realtor in the future we will definitely contact Mike.

The process was long (as he explained it would be) but Michael and his team were excellent in every category. He worked hard to get me out of a terrible housing situation and we had a buyer almost immediately. He negotiated with the banks beautifully and we reached a deal that I was very happy with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was very thorough through each step. He made sure I was always aware of what was happening on his end and took the time to explain the details many times over the phone, through email, and in person. I've already recommended him to a family member. Thanks, Michael!
