Meca Tree SVC

Meca Tree Services prunes my apple tree every spring and I know I can rely on their excellent trimming and cleaning up afterward. Today was no exception: as usual the crew arrived promptly and did the job quickly and thoroughly. Their friendly professionalism makes it a pleasure to do business with the company; Meca's price is very competitive; and I heartily recommend Meco Tree Services.

Good as it gets--from the time I called to request an estimate to the time Meca's efficient & responsive crew pruned the tree and removed the debris. (Note: unlike my previous tree service, Meca actually took the cuttings away instead of dumping into my trash container & filling it so I couldn't use it.). Meca is definitely the one I'll call for all my future tree services.

Called for estimate and agreed on price. Crew arrived within 1 hour and work was completed in 90 minutes. All debris was removed and area cleaned up.

They were pretty fast and they were good. They didn't bring all these machines in my backyard. They climbed it themselves. They left the machine. They used ropes.

I initially called another Angie's List tree service and they contacted Meca because they either were not in my area or could not service me in my timeframe.  Maria promptly called me and explained the referral came from the company I initially called.  I explained what I needed.  I asked if they were on Angie's List and Maria said they were.  They came out immediately and called me with an estimate. I asked for their insurance coverage and Maria promptly faxed the information to me. I called the following week and we agreed on a date in the same week and they arrived on time. The gentleman assessed the area and also provided me a copy of their insurance documents. He asked me exactly what I wanted trimmed. Unfortunately, they forgot their ladder but I had an extension ladder for them to use.  They had a team that worked quickly and efficiently. I came out once to see how they were doing and they asked me if I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all the shavings as well as those in my neighbor's yard and the alley.The trimming provided much needed light and their price was just right.

They were amazingly responsive.  We met them in the early evening. Later that night a proposal was emailed to us with a few pricing options:  check, cash, if we do the work tomorrow since we're in the neighborhood.They showed up on time with a huge crew and worked their tails off to cut down three huge trees and removed the stumps.  Four and a half hours later they were done.  Oh and prior to starting the owner pointed out a house next door with a loose wire ... just to show that it was not him who dislodged it.Great work.

Meca arrived the day I called and gave me an estimate of $1700 that included both tree and stump removal.  He arrived 2 days later as promised at 8:00am with a crew of 7 workers. The crew did an outstanding job taking down and removing damaged branches and carefully disassembling large 4 foot diameter trunk sections one section at a time to prevent damage to both our property and our neighbor's property. The work was completed safely and professionally in less than 8 hours. Meca is a licensed, bonded and insured company that I would recommend to anyone for tree service, trimming and removal. He and his crew emphasize safety, efficiency and cleanliness to get the job done right.  Many of our neighbors have stopped by to rave about the process and the results.
