Marty is a nice person and seems to be very busy. Job was done a year ago. The mortar joints were sloppy and stuck out compared to the original joints. He asked that we call him in the spring and he would try to make the joints blend in more with the original. Called in the spring and he said there was nothing he could do. We did the touch up work on our own. To be fair he said he charged us only for the chimney rebuild and comped us on the sections of tuck pointing.

MARTY CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE AND, WHILE HE HAD TO CHANGE THE START DATE A FEW TIMES, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 1 DAY AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED. NICE GUY. OBVIOUSLY BUSY. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.
