I can’t thank this housekeeping team enough for the care and kindness they showed my mom while she was recovering from knee surgery. It was such a relief to know that her home was being taken care of by people who genuinely cared about her comfort and well-being. Not only did they keep everything spotless, but they also went out of their way to make sure she had what she needed within reach and that her space was safe and easy to navigate. Their attention to detail, patience, and warmth made such a difference—not just in keeping the house clean, but in lifting her spirits during a challenging time. Knowing she was in good hands gave me so much peace of mind. If you or a loved one ever need extra support at home, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very disappointed in services. Should not have to ask to wipe walls down or rub fi ger across doors and they're still in need of dusting or rub shelf in closet and my hand is full of dust and you say your done. Took window out and put inside for her to clean both sides cause she don't clean out side and she said she don't do that. Not happy with price I paid for services rendered. I could have done a better job myself and saved myself 300dollars. Still cobb webs and dust hanging from the door and ceiling. I'm a realtor. Won't be recommending her services to any of my clients. Window seals on the inside still dusty and dirty. She was nice and pleasant but this is business and money.

"Hello, I’m really sorry about your upset before we leave we always make sure that our customers make sure that everything is to their liking and before we leave we make sure to have every detail that you told us at the beginning of our service we always make sure to comment on some things that are extra in our service as well as I told you about the windows we do not clean them on the outside only inside since if you like that service is provided it is an extra charge and on the payment the payment is not 300 for the cleaning of the apartment the total amount charged is for an apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and the cleaning of the 4-story building stairs and all this was a post construction cleaning we are sorry about the annoyance and thank you for letting us know we appreciate it"

Maria and Rosa have been providing me with cleaning services for me for the last 7 months. At first I just needed some extra help with my Airbnb business in Oak Park, which they handed very professionally. But now for the last 4 months they have been a great addition to my home. I had a request for a Sunday, they messaged me that they do not typically work on Sundays but that they will be able to find someone. When they came out, they did not have the appropriate cleaning supplies for the bathrooms or to clean the interior of the oven. Their excuse was that usually Sundays is their stock up day and all they had was a general cleaner. After 1hr of light wiping down they charged me the full amount even though the oven was still left greasy, and the faucets had mildew build up and the lights had cobwebs. It was not a deep clean at all, and there was not even the recognition of customer service to charge less than what was agreed to for a deep clean. I did not pay the full amount, and they accepted reluctantly.

Very well. Both Maria and her partner Rosa arrived on time, even a bit early, ready to work. They brought their own cleaning supplies but were very accommodating when I asked them to use 2 specific products I provided. They divided up my home between them and were very efficient. Encouraged me to check everything before they left. They are both pleasant, honest and very efficient. I hope they’ll come back.

Maria and Rosa did a great job. I had them clean my brother in law's place before we came to visit with my wife and kids. My wife has very high standards for cleanliness so she gave very specific instructions. They seemed to follow the instructions and the place looked and smelled great when we got there, and they left their signature bowtie fold for the blankets and napkins which gave a nice personal touch. My brother in law interacted with them and thought they were very nice and sweet. And most importantly, they were available! 100% would schedule again for my next visit, and am encouraging my brother in law to bring them more regularly.

Very nice ladies, but I asked if they could dust the blinds. I just had surgery and had to do it myself. I wish I could post picture. A paper towel ans a little water and the paper towel is black. They didn’t dust a bar cart at all. Or a silver tray with a decanter and glasses. Or the top of picture frames. Or my dining room buffet. They mopped the floor which is nice and I couldn’t have done myself, but $150 for less than one hour. (They were supposed to be here at 12:30 but we’re late because of rain and left by 1:30. (3 people)). Regardless $50 per person (after tax) for less hour -and not great services is outrageous. I wish I could post pics of the paper towels I used to dust afterward. Terrible. I wish I had not zelled them cash before checking the level of dust. (I can Swift myself)
