M&M Heating Cooling And Electerical Homerepair

I paid $2,700 for the boiler and $2,000 to install it. He charged me $450 for a hot water tank when I bought one on my own for $359 and charged me $300 to install it. He was supposed to install L type copper, but he installed M type copper instead. He charged me $3600 for black pipe which was supposed to be new piping for the radiator (this price includes the piping and the work itself) He never installed any black pipe. He destoryed my back door. I can't open either of them. The wooden door swells when it rains. Both doors are crooked. He also took down the frame in an attempt to repair the doors. He said he was not licensed, but he could get someone that was. On the 5th day when he walked off the job, he said "you don’t need anyone else." I need permit for job for the job, but I don't have one. He also installed a toilet that was much smaller than the size of the old one, which is not what I wanted and the toilet leaks. He never gave me back the $450 that he charged for the hot water tank because I purchased my own. The last day he came to work, he only worked 3 & a half hours. Before he left, I asked him for receipts for everything. He refused to show me the receipts and said he didn’t owe me anything. He also broke 2 chairs in the front bedroom.  He also broke a chandelier while moving things to do the work. He asked me to leave the room while he was working because I was in his way. He then said that the job was much bigger than he thought. I said "you’ve already seen the job 2 times", & he said "well in plumbing, things happen." This was after I agreed to give him the $3,800 to come back to do the work. He only worked about 4 hours everytime he came, except for the last day, he only worked 3 and a half & he left a huge mess on the last day. I haven’t heard from him since this date. It took me 7 years to save up all this money. I have attempted to take some legal actions.

E&S Heating And Cooling, Electrical Homerepair are very nice. Quick service. They did not take long to get in you know come in to get the appraisal done. They actually came right away because it was cold. They came right out and helped us to purchase the furnace and gave us options and things like that and got it in right away. They are professional, very informative, letting us know the different types of furnaces and what they do and they did inform about the rebate program with the Gas Company and things like that and also completed all the paper work for us we were able to get a $500 rebate. I was surprised you could get all the paper work they said yes they were registered company. He missed something on the outside but he said he would come back and fix it so we just got to call him.

On time...completed job with return when necessary

He comes when he says he will and does what he says he will. If anything is incorrect, he'll come back as soon as possible to fix it, usually within a day or two.
