I have used three different UHaul's in Chicago recently. The one at 6909 N. Western would be the one that I would recommend. Theo and the young lady that helps him make the experience as smooth as possible. Theo was willing to work after closing to help me deal with lost keys. He even drove me to where the truck was parked so he could see if the keys were locked inside. Fortunately, I found the keys, but I was impressed with how he handled the situation. He handles the business exceptionally well and his attention to service is commendable. It is easy to give him an excellent recommendation.
