They were super friendly.  They were very straightforward.  They were very reasonably priced and it was competitive.  They did a fantastic job.  I was even going to write a letter of recommendation for them.  They were really great and I’m extremely happy with the result.

Do not hire Matt Mitchell from M&M if you wish to avoid frustration and a floor that has a permanent squeak. On floor laying day, he arrived late, laid the floor; we paid. Floor had a terrible squeak. We called for over one week and left messages about the squeak. He never responded. At end of week 2 he returned call and set up appointment to return. He didn't show up for return appt #1. He set up new appt and didn't show up for appt #2. If you want to avoid irresponsibility, tardiness and unprofessionalism, DO NOT HIRE Matt Mitchell from M&M.

There was confusion in his schedule to start the job, but to his credit he honored his commitment. He rather that his employees performed the work. Threshold was not well done and follow up to fix scratches in floor following reinstallation of bifold doors never occurred.

I WAS REFERRED TO M&M BY A FRIEND (I ONLY HIRE BASED ON A REFERRAL). I REQUESTED SOME CUSTOM PATTERN WORK WITH LITTLE IDEAS IN MIND. MATT HELPED GUIDE ME WITH SOME OPTIONS THAT WERE UNIQUE TO ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED AND WILL REFER THEM TO OTHERS IN THE FUTURE.
