I work in a service business and understand the need for policies but I also recognize that how you handle situations like this dictate how a customer will respond. The unwillingness to even attempt to make me happy or mitigate the situation showed a complete lack of customer service on her part. Needless to say, there are many choices when it comes to windows and doors, I would encourage you to look elsewhere as Lee does not seem remotely concerned with maintaining customer satisfaction.
